Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ローラテーブルを介して補償炉と接続され定置鋳型を有する連続鋳造機 を有する連続鋳造装置の作動方法において、 前記鋳型の出口においてスラブフォーマットが定められた後に鋳造パラメータ 、少なくとも鋳造速度が、前記補償炉の中へスラブが進入する際に、製造する熱 間帯材の所望の圧延温度をスラブを有し、凝固し始める先端が常に前記連続鋳造 機の開口領域内にあるように調整され、 前記スラブの熱エネルギー含有量の調整手段が前記連続鋳造機の出口の後に設 けられていることを特徴とする連続鋳造装置の作動方法。 2. スラブフォーマットが帯材連続鋳造機の中の鋳型からの排出の後に鋳造 圧延により低減されることを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続 鋳造装置の作動方法。 3. 完全に凝固した連鋳材から熱が冷却媒体により放出されることを特徴と する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の連続鋳造装置の作動方法。 4. 完全に凝固した連鋳材が絶縁されて案内され、従って熱の放射が最小化 されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の連続鋳造装置の作動方法 。 5. スラブ厚を変化する際に鋳造速度が、フォーマットの切換えの際の横断 面の(逆の)比に比してより大きい尺度だけ変化されることを特徴とする請求項 1から請求項4のうちのいずれか1つの請求項に記載の連続鋳造装置の作動方法 。 6. ローラテーブルを介して補償炉に接続されて定置鋳型を有する連続鋳造 機を有する請求項1の方法を実施する連続鋳造装置において、 前記ローラテーブル(21)の領域内に、連鋳材(S)を軸線方向で包囲する装 置(30)が設けられ、前記装置(30)は前記連鋳材(S)の熱エネルギー含 有量の調整装置(31,32)を有することを特徴とする連続鋳造装置。 7. 連鋳材(S)の熱エネルギー含有量の調整装置(31)が水噴射ノズル を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の連続鋳造装置。 8. 連鋳材の熱エネルギー含有量の調整装置(32)がフード状熱絶縁体で あることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の連続鋳造装置。 9. フード(32)が構成要素(33)を有し、構成要素(33)により前 記フード(32)は容易に解体可能であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の連 続鋳造装置。 10. ローラテーブル(21)の領域内に熱センサ(41)が設けられ、前 記熱センサ(41)はアクチュエータ(42)に接続され、前記アクチュエータ (42)により冷却剤量又は放射熱量が制御されることを特徴とする請求項7又 は8に記載の連続鋳造装置。
