Abstract

供する。ユーザ組織のインターネット管理者は、第２の
ユーザポイント１６からウェブサイト１２へのリンクを
追加し、ウェブサイト１２に対するリンクの次の一般ユ
ーザＩＤ・パスワードを掲示することがきる。これによ
り、ＵＲＬおよびユーザＩＤ・パスワードを思い出す必
要なく、第２のユーザポイント１６のだれもがウェブサ
イト１２へアクセスできるようになる。職務内容、ラン

セールからポストセールまでサポートされる。プロバイ
ダはセールススタッフからの注文見積もりや注文ステー
タスのようなタスクの負担を減らすことができるので、
製品を販売するのにさらに多くの時間を費やすことがで
きる。ユーザはさらに処理を行い、さらに効率的なオン
ライン情報収集を行うように促される。プロバイダに対
する競争力のある利点は、ユーザがさらに容易でさらに

    報の制限された部分へのアクセスを提供するインターネ
    ット情報装置。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記第１のユーザインターネットポイン
    トが、前記管理情報を前記ウェブサイトに入力するため
    にウェブサイトプロバイダにより使用される任意の端末
    を含んでいる請求項１記載のインターネット情報装置。
  3. 【請求項３】 前記第２のユーザインターネットポイン
    トが、前記ウェブサイトにおける任意の管理情報へアク
    セスするためにウェブサイトユーザにより使用される任
    意の端末を含んでいる請求項２記載のインターネット情
    報装置。
  4. 【請求項４】 前記ウェブサイトが、前記第２のユーザ
    インターネットポイントにおけるユーザのための前記第
    １のユーザインターネットポイントからのカスタマイズ
    情報を有するウェブページを含む請求項１記載のインタ

    ないユニバーサルリソースロケータを通して前記第２の
    ユーザインターネットポイントからアクセス可能であ

    ティングするための数値コードを発生させるシステム識

    ントにおけるユーザが、前記第１のユーザインターネッ
    トポイントにおける会計チームプロバイダにユーザを直
    接コンタクトさせるための会計チーム名簿にアクセスす

  13. 【請求項１３】 第１のユーザインターネットポイント
    からウェブサイトに多重レベル情報を入力し、 前記多重レベル情報を継続的に更新し、 第１のレベルのパスワードにより第２のユーザインター
    ネットポイントから前記ウェブサイトにおけるすべての
    情報にアクセスし、 少なくとも１つの他のレベルのパスワードにより前記第
    ２のユーザインターネットポイントから前記ウェブサイ
    トにおける情報の制限された部分にアクセスするステッ
    プを含むインターネット情報アクセス方法。
  14. 【請求項１４】 前記第２のユーザインターネットポイ
    ントにおけるユーザのための前記第１のユーザインター
    ネットポイントからのカスタマイズ情報を有するウェブ
    サイトにおけるウェブページを含むステップをさらに含
    む請求項１３記載の方法。
  15. 【請求項１５】 リストに載っていないユニバーサルリ
    ソースロケータと少なくとも１つのユーザＩＤと少なく
