본 발명은 인터넷사이트의 데이터에 억세스하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 제1억세스포인트로부터 사이트의 정보를 관리하고 업데이트하며, 제2억세스포인트로부터 멀티레벨로 억세스하도록 된 인터넷사이트의 데이터 억세스하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.
근래에, 원격유저와 원격제공자에 의해 데이터나 정보에 억세스될 수 있도록 된 여러가지 시스템이 개발되었다. 이러한 시스템 중에서, 원격억세스서버는 원격 유저가 로컬 컴퓨터네트워크에 접속할 수 있도록 한다. 상기 서버는 통신포트를 통해 유저의 아이디 문자열(identification string)을 수신하게 되는데, 이 문자열은 통신포트에 연결된 원격컴퓨터의 원격유저에 의해 입력되어 왔다.
상기 문자열은 유저의 신분을 확인하기 위한 것으로, 서버는 데이터베이스에 억세스하고, 문자열에 관련된 인터넷 프로토콜(IP) 어드레스를 결정하기 위해 상기 문자열을 사용한다.

본 발명은 전술한 바와같은 종래의 문제점에 착안하여 제안된 것으로서, 인터넷 사이트에서, 제1억세스포인트로부터 연속적으로 사이트정보를 관리하고 업데이트할 수 있으며, 제2억세스포인트로부터 사이트정보에 멀티레벨로 억세스할 수 있도록 사이트에 정보를 제공하는 장치와 방법을 제공하고자 하는 것이다.

기업의 주문내역(28d)보고서는 매달 제품종류별 선적단위와 발송된 오더에 대한 소비량에 대한 상세한 정보를 보여준다. 기업의 요약보고서(28e)는 매달 제품종류별 전체단위와 발송된 소비량을 보여준다. 최종적으로, 위치별 요약보고(28f)는 유저단체의 각 위치에 대한 제품종류별 토탈 유닛과 소모량을 보여주며, 매달 발송된 주문만 포함한다.
정보영역(30)은 웹사이트의 홈페이지와 웹사이트를 이용하는 방법이 적힌 팁뿐 아니라, 어떻게 웹사이트를 개선할지에 관한 유저의 아이디어를 제공자에게 알려주는 피드백폼에 대한 링크를 포함한다.
그리고, 브라우저영역(32)은 제공자의 홈페이지뿐만 아니라, 유저가 흥미를 가질 만한 웹사이트에 유저가 손쉽게 억세스할 수 있도록 한다.
도 7의 멀티억세스영역(34)은 적어도 2단계의 억세스가 이루어지도록 되어 있는데, 각각 전술한 유저ID와 패스워드와 관련된다. 그 중 하나의 억세스영역은 일반억세스유저ID와 패스워드영역(34a)으로 부르는 것으로, 유저가 전술한 보안영역(28)을 제외한 웹사이트의 모든 정보를 볼 수 있으며, 다른 억세스영역은 관리억세스유저ID와 패스워드영역(34b)이라 부르는 것으로, 유저가 보안영역(28)을 포함한 모든 사이트의 정보를 볼 수 있도록 한다. 관리영역은, 원한다면, 멀티레벨 억세스 영역으로 세분되어, 제1레벨 관리억세스유저ID와 패스워드로는 웹사이트에서 보안영역의 제1부분(34C)을 포함한 모든 웹사이트를 보는 것을 허용하고, 제2레벨 관리억세스유저ID로는 보안영역(28)의 제1 및 제2부분(34c,34d)을 포함하는 모든 웹사이트를 볼 수 있도록 허가한다. 제공자의 팀멤버는 유저단체의 적절한 담당자와 접촉하고, 유저가 웹사이트(12)에 억세스하는데 필요한 URL과 멀티레벌ID와 패스워드를 제공한다. 유저단체의 인트라넷관리자는 제2유저포인트(16)으로부터 웹사이트(12)로 링크를 추가하고, 웹사이트(12)에 링크된 다음에 일반적 유저ID와 패스워드를 게시(post)할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 제2유저포인트(12)의 누구나 URL, 유저 ID 및 패스워드를 기억해낼 필요없이, 웹사이트(12)에 억세스할 수 있게 된다. 유저단체는 직업이나 직위, 지위 등에 따라 규정되는 유저그룹별로 유저ID와 패스워드를 관리하도록 유저단체의 적절한 사람을 지정할 필요가 있을 것이다.
온라인NDA(36)은 유저들이 웹사이트(12)에 방문할 때마다 먼저 제공되어, 유저가 단체의 웹페이지(18) URL에 들어간 후에는, 유저가 온라인NDA(36)를 보고 수용하도록 프롬프트된다. 일단 NDA(36)가 수용하면, 사용되는 터미널의 유저의 하드드라이브가 작동하여 그 유저에게는 NDA가 다시 프롬프트되지 않도록 한다. 그러나, 유저가 다른 터미널의 제2유저 포인트(16)에서 처음으로 단체 웹페이지(18)에 접속하면, 유저는 NDA(36)를 수용하도록 프롬프트될 것이고, 수용하면 사용중인 터미널이 작동하여 그 유저에게 다시는 NDA(36)가 프롬프트되지 않도록 한다.
전술한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 주요 장점은, 제공자에 의해 연속적으로 정보가 업데이트된 웹사이트를 제공할 수 있고, 유저와 구매자 및 제공자와 판매자 모두 사업상 거래를 손쉽게 시작하고 관리 및 통제할 수 있다. 또한, 유저와 제공자 모두 구매 및 유지관리비용을 절감할 수 있다. 더불어, 유저와 제공자간의 직접적인 관계가 증대되며, 판매전부터 판매후까지 협조관계를 유지할 수 있다.
또한, 제공자는 영업스텝으로부터의 주문을 받거나 주문상황에 신경 쓰는 부담을 줄일 수 있으므로 제품의 판매에 더 많은 시간을 투여할 수 있다. 그리고, 유저는 더 많은 계약과 정보의 검색을 할 수 있어서 더욱 효율적이 될 수 있다.또한, 제공자에게 경쟁상 유리한 점은 유저가 제공자와 좀 더 용이하고 비용상 유리한 거래를 수행할 수 있다는 것이다. 유저의 만족도과 성실성이 제고되고 새로운 유저가 이러한 구매방식에 더욱 유인되게 될 것이다.
지금까지 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예가 설명되었으나, 본 발명의 기술사상의 범위 내에서 여러 가지 수정과 변형이 가해질 수 있다.

Claims (21)

  1. 웹사이트와;
    웹사이트에 연결되어 연속적으로 멀티레벨의 관리된 정보를 제공하는 제1유저 인트라네포인트와;
    관리된 정보에 유저가 멀티레벨 억세스할 수 있도록 연결되며, 선택된 패스워드로 모든 관리된 정보에 유저가 억세스할 수 있으며, 또다른 선택된 패스워드로 유저가 관리된 정보중에서 제한된 부분에 억세스할 수 있도록 된 제2 유저인터넷포인트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인터넷 정보장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제1유저 포인트는 웹사이트 제공자에 의해 사용되어 관리된 정보를 입력할 수 있도록 된 터미널을 포함하는 인터넷 정보장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제2유저포인트는 웹사이트 유저가 관리된 임의의 정보에 억세스할 수 있도록 된 터미널을 포함하는 인터넷 정보장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 웹사이트는 제2유저포인트의 유저를 위해 제1유저포인트로부터 주문제작된 정보가 구비된 인터넷 정보장치.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 웹페이지는 리스트에 기재되지 않은 URL을 통해 제2유저 포인트로 억세스할 수 있으며, 제2유저포인트의 유저에게는 적어도 하나의 유저ID와 패스워드가 제공되는 인터넷 정보장치.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, 웹페이지는 유저로고가 구비된 인터넷 정보장치.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 웹사이트는 제1유저포인트의 제공자 팀멤버의 리스트를 포함하며, 각 팀멤버는 지정된 영역의 지원책임이 있으며, 전술한 팀멤버는 제2유저포인트의 유저에 의해 억세스될 수 있도록 된 인터넷 정보장치.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 웹사이트는 가격정보를 포함하는 표준유저구성리스트를 포함하며, 이에따라, 제 2유저포인트의 유저는 전술한 구성에 따라 제1유저포인트에 온라인 주문을 발할 수 있도록 된 인터넷 정보장치.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 제2유저포인트의 유저는 제2유저포인트에서 수신된 오픈오더에 관한 상태와 선적데이터에 억세스하도록 된 인터넷 정보장치.
  10. 제 8 항에 있어서, 제2억세스포인트의 유저들은 제1유저포인트로부터 자동적으로 주문선적이 통지되도록 된 인터넷 정보장치.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제2억세스포인트의 유저는 제1유저포인트에서 유저와 전문가를 연결하는 숫자코드를 발생하는 시스템 확인자를 입력할 수 있도록 된 인터넷 정보장치.
  12. 제 4 항에 있어서, 제1유저포인트의 회계팀 제공자와 직접 접촉하기 위하여, 제2유저포인트의 유저는 회계팀 명부에 억세스하도록 구성된 인터넷 정보장치.
  13. 제1유저 인트라넷포인트에서 웹사이트에 멀티레벨 정보를 입력하는 단계와;
    연속적으로 멀티레벨 정보를 업데이트하는 단계와;
    제2유저인터넷포인트에서 제1레벨 패스워드로 웹사이트의 모든 정보에 억세스하는 단계와;
    제2유저포인트에서 적어도 하나의 다른 레벨 패스워드로 웹사이트의 제한된 부분의 정보에 억세스하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인터넷 정보방법.
  14. 제 13 항에 있어서, 웹사이트의 웹페이지에는 제2유저포인트의 유저들을 위해 제1유저포인트로부터 주문제작된 정보를 포함하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터넷 정보방법.
  15. 제 14 항에 있어서, 리스트에 기재되지 않은 URL(univer resource lactor)과, 적어도 하나의 유저ID 및 유저 패스워드를 가진 제2유저포인트의 유저에 의해 웹페이지에 억세스하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터넷 정보방법.
  16. 제 14 항에 있어서, 제2유저포인트의 유저가 접속할 수 있도록, 제1유저포인트로부터 제공자 팀멤버명부를 리스트하고, 각 팀멤버는 지원책임을 지는 지정된 영역을 갖는 단계가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 인터넷 정보방법.
  17. 제 14 항에 있어서, 제1유저포인트로부터 표준유저구성을 리스트하여 제2유저포인트의 유저가 제1유저포인트로 온라인주문을 할 수 있도록 된 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터넷 정보방법.
  18. 제 14 항에 있어서, 제2유저포인트의 유저에 의해 제1유저포인트로부터 상태와 선적데이타에 억세스하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터넷 정보방법.
  19. 제 14 항에 있어서, 제2유저포인트의 유저에게 제1유저포인트에서의 주문선적을 자동적으로 통지하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터넷 정보방법.
  20. 제 14 항에 있어서, 제2유저포인트에서 시스템확인자를 입력하여 숫자코드를 발생시키고, 제2유저포인트의 유저를 제1유저포인트의 전문가에 연결하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터넷 정보방법.
  21. 제 14 항에 있어서, 제2유저포인트의 유저가 제1유저포인트의 회계팀 제공자 직집접속할 수 있도록 하는 회계팀 명부를 제 2유저포인트로부터 억세스하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터넷 정보방법.
