Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも8個の炭素原子を有する飽和、枝分かれ鎖脂肪族一価アルコール と少なくとも10個の炭素原子を有する飽和、枝分かれ鎖脂肪族モノカルボン酸と の少なくとも1種のエステルを含んで成るエステル系潤滑剤であって、前記エス テルが、 (a) 40℃で最大35 cStの動粘度、 (b) 少なくとも100の非極性指数(NPI) NPI=(炭素原子の総数×分子量)/(カルボキシレート基の数×100) 、 (c) 最大で10%の(欧州標準CEC L−40−T−82に従って測定された)N oackに従う蒸発損失、及び (d) −30℃より低い流動点、 を有する潤滑剤。 2.40℃で最大30 cStの動粘度を有する、請求項1のエステル系潤滑剤。 3.最大で8%の蒸発損失を有する、請求項1のエステル系潤滑剤。 4.−35℃より低い流動点を有する、請求項1のエステル系潤滑剤。 5.飽和、枝分かれ鎖脂肪族一価アルコールが、ゲルベアルコール、オキソアル コール、アルドール縮合誘導アルコール、及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選 択される、請求項1のエステル系潤滑剤。 6.飽和、枝分かれ鎖脂肪族一価アルコールが、イソ−トリデカノール、2-オク チルデカノール、2-ヘキシルドデカノール、及びそれらの混合物から成る群から 選択される、請求項1のエステル系潤滑剤。 7.飽和、枝分かれ鎖脂肪族モノカルボン酸が、イソ−パルミチン酸、イソ−ス テアリン酸、イソーデカン酸、Neo Acids、CeKanoic acids、及びそれらの混合 物から成る群から選択される、請求項1のエステル系潤滑剤。 8.粗製エステルの酸価が、好ましくは枝分かれ鎖モノカルボン酸のグリシジル エステルとの反応によって減少される、請求項1のエステル系潤滑剤。 9.酸化防止剤、金属失活剤、腐食防止剤、極圧添加剤、粘度指数向上剤、流動 点降下剤、洗浄剤、分散剤、摩擦改良剤、消泡剤、及びそれらの混合物から成 る群から選択される機能性添加剤の有効量を含む、請求項1のエステル系潤滑剤 。 10.潤滑剤全体の10重量%までの機能性添加剤を含む、請求項9のエステル系潤 滑剤。 11.2-エチルヘキシルイソステアレートを含む、請求項1のエステル系潤滑剤。
