Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. C型肝炎ウイルスによってコードされるRNA依存性RNAポリメラー ゼ活性および末端ヌクレオチジルトランスフェラーゼ活性のイン・ビトロでの再 生法であって、NS5B(配列番号1)を含む配列を反応混合物に用いることを 特徴とする、方法。 2. NS5BをNS2−NS5B前駆体として反応混合物に取り込み、前記 前駆体が、過剰産生生物で起こる多重タンパク質分解的現象によって、NS5B の酵素的に活性な形態を生じる、請求項1に記載のHCVによってコードされる RNA依存性のRNAポリメラーゼ活性のイン・ビトロでの再生法。 3. NS5BをNS2−NS5B前駆体として反応混合物に取り込み、前記 前駆体が、過剰産生生物で起こる多重タンパク質分解的現象によって、NS5B の酵素的に活性な形態を生じる、請求項1に記載のHCVによってコードされる 末端ヌクレオチジルトランスフェラーゼ活性のイン・ビトロでの再生法。 4. 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のNS5B配列を含むことを特徴と する、組成物。 5. 配列が、配列番号1、そこに含まれているまたはそれから誘導される配 列に記載されているタンパク質を含んでいる、請求項4に記載の組成物。 6. 治療目的で、NS5Bと会合した酵素活性を阻害する化合物を選択する ことができる酵素試験を準備するための、請求項4または5に記載の組成物の使 用。 7. 上記説明、例および請求項に記載の、NS5BのRNA依存性のRNA ポリメラーゼおよび末端ヌクレオチジルトランスフェラーゼ活性をイン・ビトロ で再生する方法、組成物、治療目的で、NS5Bと会合した酵素活性を阻害する 化合物を選択することができる酵素試験を準備するための上記組成物の使用。
