Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a)反応槽と、 (b)熱交換媒体および反応物質が流過するリング室の形態であって、反応物質 により下側および上側が覆われた熱交換器と、 (c)リング室の内部に反応物質を逆流させるための中央の自由流動室と、 (d)中央の自由流動室とリング室との間の反応物質を循環させる中心攪拌機と を備えてなる発熱性スラッジ相反応のためのスラッジ相反応器において、リング 室は反応物質のための円形断面を有する複数の垂直流路を備えると共に、熱交換 媒体は反応物質のための流路の間にてリング室を流過することを特徴とするスラ ッジ相反応器。 2. 撹拌機をガス吹込撹拌機としてさらに形成したことを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項に記載のスラッジ相反応器。 3. 撹拌機が中央流動室における反応物質を下方向に搬送すると共に、垂直流 路における流れが上方向に生ずることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2 項に記載のスラッジ相反応器。 4. 撹拌機が中央の自由流動室の出口に配置されると共に壁貫通式(wand gangig)に形成されたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれか 一項に記載のスラッジ相反応器。 5. 少なくとも1種の反応相手が撹拌機の直ぐ近くにて反応物質中に導入され ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれか一項に記載のスラッジ相反 応器。 6. スラッジ相水素化を行うための請求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれか一項に記 載の反応器の使用。 7. 芳香族ニトロ化合物を水素化するための請求の範囲第6項に記載の使用。 8. ジニトロトルエンを水素化するための請求の範囲第7項に記載の使用。 9. 請求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれか一項に記載の反応器を使用してスラッジ 相水素化を行う方法において、冷却剤として水を使用するた共に、利用しうる水 蒸気を得ることを特徴とするスラッジ相水素化を行う方法。
