Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 90モル%以上のポリエチレンテレフタレートを含み、フィラメント当 たり3〜5デニールの繊度を有するポリエステル原糸が下記i)〜iii)の物性 を満足し、温度240℃で0.1g/d張力下で3分間処理した後に下記iv)〜vii )の微細構造物性変化量を満足することを特徴とするポリエステルフィラメント 糸 i)密度値が1.38g/cm3以上1.39g/cm3以下 ii)非晶部の複屈折率が0.06〜0.09 iii)tanδピーク温度が140℃以下 iv)結晶化度増加量(ΔXc)10〜20(重量%) v)非晶配向係数減少(ΔFa)0.05以上 vi)長周期大きさの増加量(ΔLP)10Å以上 vii)tanδピーク温度減少量(Δtanδpeak)5℃以上 2. 90モル%以上のポリエチレンテレフタレートからなり、固有粘度が0 .85以上であるポリエステルを溶融紡糸し直接延伸してポリエステルフィラメ ント糸を製造する方法において、 i)ポリエステル樹脂を2,500〜4,000m/minの紡糸速度で紡糸させ た後、固化点が冷却領域全長の2/3以内に形成されるよう、25℃〜重合体の ガラス転移温度(Tg)の冷却風温度で冷却、固化させて、未延伸糸の密度値が 1.355g/cm3〜1.360g/cm3である未延伸糸を製造する工程と、 ii)前記未延伸糸をガラス転移温度(Tg)以上結晶化度温度以下の延伸温度 で切断伸度が15%以下となるように延伸する工程と、 iii)得られた延伸糸を210℃以下の温度で熱固定させる工程とを包含する ことを特徴とするポリエステルフィラメント糸の製造方法。 3. 90モル%以上のポリエチレンテレフタレートからなり、フィラメン ト当たり3〜5デニールの繊度を有するポリエステルフィラメント糸から形成さ れ、浸漬時の微細構造物性変化量によって次の特性を有することを特徴とするタ イヤコード i)寸法安定指数(DS)≧0.80 ii)コード強度[T(g/d)]≧0.1DS+4.8 iii)乾熱収縮率3.5%以下 4. 前記ポリエステルフィラメント糸が請求項1のフィラメント糸である ことを特徴とする請求項3記載のタイヤコード。 5. ゴムマトリックスと請求項3のホリエステルタイヤコードとを備える ことを特徴とするタイヤ
