Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流体(60)、特に気管支鎮痙剤に対する超音波式噴霧装置(2)において 、電子回路(6)から超音波を供給されている霧化表面(28)に流体を供給す るため前記電子回路(6)により作動可能な推進要素(10)がハウジング(4 )に設けられており、この推進要素(10)が、計量供給ユニット(14)内の アンプル(58)に配置されているピストン(66)の直線運動(68)を生じ させるように計量供給ユニット(14)に推進力を転送するため、取り替え可能 な計量供給ユニット(14)の別の結合部材(34)と係合可能である結合部材 (32)を有することを特徴とする超音波式噴霧装置(2)。 2.前記ハウジング(4)が計量供給ユニット(14)を保持するための凹み( 12)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置(2)。 3.霧化表面(28)がヘッド状隆起の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1記 載の装置(2)。 4.前記霧化表面(28)が圧電トランスデューサ(26)の上に形成されてい ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置(2)。 5.前記ハウジング(4)が、水は通さないが気体は通す少なくとも開口(16 )を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置(2)。 6.前記電子回路(6)が、この電子回路(6)に割当てられている電池システ ム(8)の電圧が予め決定可能な限界電圧以下であれば、および/または計量供 給ユニット(14)の充填状態が予め決定可能な限界充填状態以下であれば、お よび/または摩擦の比較的大きい増大が前記推進要素(10)または計量供給ユ ニット(14)内で生ずるならば、警報信号を発生るための警報装置(114) を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置(2)。 7.前記推進要素(10)が電動機(10)であることを特徴とする請求項1記 載の装置(2)。 8.前記電子回路(6)と、前記推進要素(10)と、前記霧化表面(28)に 超音波を供給するための前記超音波駆動手段(26、106)とに電力を供給す るための電池システム(8)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置(2 )。 9.前記電池システム(8)が前記ハウジング(4)内に設けられているソケッ ト(20)を介して商用電源に接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の 装置(2)。 10.前記霧化表面(28)から霧化された流体を吸入するためのマウスピース (5)が設けられており、このマウスピース(5)が前記霧化表面(28)の周 りのチャンバを形成していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置(2)。 11.流体を供給するための計量供給ユニット(14)と、前記計量供給ユニッ ト(14)が取り替え可能に挿入される超音波式噴霧装置(2)とを含んでいる 超音波式噴霧システムにおいて、前記装置(2)が、ハウジング(4)内に設け られている電子回路(6)から超音波を供給されている霧化表面(28)に流体 を供給するため前記電子回路(6)により作動可能な推進要素(10)を有し、 この推進要素(10)が、計量供給ユニット(14)内のアンプル(58)に配 置されているピストン(66)の直線運動(68)を生じさせるように計量供給 ユニット(14)に推進力を転送するため、取り替え可能な計量供給ユニット( 14)の別の結合部材(34)と係合可能である結合部材(32)を有すること を特徴とする超音波式噴霧システム。 12.前記計量供給ユニット(14)が前記装置(2)の前記ハウジング(4) の凹みに挿入されており、前記計量供給ユニット(14)が、前記計量供給ユニ ット(14)を所定の位置に保つため、その一部分のなかの前記凹み(12)に 適合する形状のハウジング(36)を有することを特徴とする請求項11記載の システム。 13.前記計量供給ユニット(14)の前記ハウジング(36)が前記凹み(1 2)の表面に載っているリブ(98)を有することを特徴とする請求項12記載 のシステム。 14.前記計量供給ユニット(14)から突出しているパイプ(40)を含んで おり、また前記計量供給ユニット(14)から霧化表面(28)に流体を供給す るため霧化表面の近くに置かれている供給ノズル(42)を有することを特徴と する請求項11記載のシステム。 15.前記供給ノズル(42)が前記計量供給ユニット(14)の前記ハウジン グ(36)に対して固定された位置関係を有し、また前記計量供給ユニット(1 4)の前記ハウジング(36)が前記凹み(12)の表面に設けられているそれ ぞれの基準点と係合する基準点を有することを特徴とする請求項14記載のシス テム。 16.前記電子回路(6)が前記装置(2)内に設けられている起動要素(22 )による起動の後に、 a)流体の付随的な供給なしに前記霧化表面(28)にある周波数を有する超音 波を供給し、また作動周波数範囲内で周波数を変更する工程と、 b)前記作動周波数範囲内で最良の周波数を選定する工程と、 c)前記霧化表面に流体を供給しながら前記霧化表面に最良の周波数に等しい周 波数を有する超音波を供給する工程と、 d)その後の流体の供給なしに前記霧化表面に超音波を供給する工程と を順次に実行するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項11記載のシス テム。 17.前記電子回路(6)が、前記霧化表面(28)への流体の付随的な供給な しに前記霧化表面(28)にある周波数を有する超音波を供給し、作動周波数範 囲内で周波数を変更し、超音波を供給するための電力消費を周波数に関係して測 定し、また電力消費を最小にする周波数として最良の周波数を選定することによ り工程b)を実行するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項16記載の システム。 18.前記電子回路(6)が工程a)に対して約0.1−1.0s、工程b)に 対して約0.1−1.0s、工程c)に対して約0.5−5.0s、工程d)に 対して約0.2−2.0sのそれぞれの時間周期で工程a)ないしd)を実行す るように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項17記載のシステム。 19.前記電子回路(6)が工程a)ないしd)の実行中に前記起動要素(22 )のその後の起動に反応しないように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1 6記載のシステ。 20.使用のつど指定された量の流体を供給するのに使用するように設計されて おり、また指定される量が約10μlと約100μlとの間であることを特徴と する請求項11記載のシステム。
