Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.供給出口(3)を形成するハウジング(2)と、出口に晒された前面(8) と使用時に供給される液体と接触する背面(9)とを有する孔の開いた薄膜(6 )と、ハウジングに接続され、薄膜を介して液滴を供給するために薄膜を振動さ せる振動手段(10)と、ハウジングに接続された液供給手段(16)と、連続 的に動作する際に、計量された所定量の液(19)を液供給手段から移送して薄 膜の背面に接触させる移送手段(14)とを備え、使用時に、薄膜を介して供給 される計量された所定量に対して必要な供給時間よりも大きな動作時間振動手段 を動作することで、計量された所定量の液体が霧化されたミストとなって出口で 供給されるようにした供給装置(1)。 2.上記液供給手段はピペット(35)を有し、供給手段は、ピペット内に移動 可能に設けられて液を移送するピストン(36)と、所定距離ピストンを連続的 に動かして計量された所定量の液を移送するインデキシング手段(37)とを有 する請求項1の供給装置。 3.液供給手段は液を収容する容器(16)を備え、移送手段は容器に連結され た計量ポンプ(14)を備え、この計量ポンプは室を形成するシリンダと、各動 作ストロークの際に上記室から所定量の計量された液を移送するためにシリンダ 内に往復動可能に設けたピストンとを有する請求項1の供給装置。 4.液供給手段は容器を備え、移送手段は、液を移送する電動ポンプ(51)と 、ポンプをオンすると共に、計量された所定量の液の移送後にポンプをオフする 制御手段(52)とを備えている請求項1の供給装置。 5.液供給手段は供給液を圧力下で保持する圧力供給容器(61)を備え、移送 手段は容器から所定の計量された液を放出する計量弁(62)を備えている請求 項1の供給装置。 6.液供給手段は計量された所定量の液を収容する複数のセル(72)を備え、 移送手段はそれぞれのセルの内容物を各動作時に放出する供給ステーション(7 3)を備えている請求項1の供給装置。 7.ハウジングは、振動手段に周囲を接続し、薄膜で覆われた中央開口(5)を 有する環状部材(4)を備えている上述のいずれかの請求項の供給装置。 8.環状部材は、装置が使用時に所定動作方向に保持された場合に、半径方向内 方に向けて下方に傾斜した窪みの上面を備えている請求項7の供給装置。 9.環状部材の上面が液をはじく材料で形成されている請求項8の供給装置。 10.環状部材が、開口を形成すると共に、供給される液滴(19)を使用時に 収容するウエル(12)を薄膜と共に形成する半径方向の最も内側の表面部分( 13)を備えている請求項8叉は9のいずれかの供給装置。 11.ハウジングは、空気入口(33)と出口ポート(34)との間を連絡する ダクト(32)を形成しており、上記供給出口は空気入口と出口ポートの中間で ダクト内に配置され、薄膜の前面がダクト内で空気に晒されている上述のいずれ かの請求項の供給装置。 12.空気入口から出口ポートにダクトを介して空気の流れを形成すべく動作す るように、空気インペラ(83)がハウジングに接続されている請求項11の供 給装置。 13.ハウジングがダクトに連絡したアイカップ(82)を形成している請求項 12の供給装置。 14.出口ポートが、経口叉は鼻からの使用に対する吸入ポート(34)を備え ている請求項11の供給装置。 15.振動手段に連結され、振動手段が動作する間の動作時間を規定するタイマ を備え、上記動作時間は薄膜を介して計量された所定量を供給するために必要な 供給時間よりも大きく設定されている上述のいずれかの請求項の供給装置。 16.計量された所定量の液を液供給手段から供給して孔の開いた薄膜の背面と 接触させ、薄膜を振動してこの薄膜を介して霧化されたスプレーとして液を供給 し、計量された所定量の液を完全に供給するために必要な供給時間よりも大きい 動作時間薄膜を振動し続ける、液を霧化したスプレーとして供給する方法。
