Abstract

Claims (16)

  1. 분배출구(3)를 형성하는 하우징(2), 상기 출구에 노출된 전방면(8) 및 사용시 분배될 액체의 의해 접촉되는 후방면(9)을 지니는 천공 막(6), 상기 막을 통해 액체 액적을 분배시키도록 막을 진동시킬 수 있으며 하우징에 연결된 진동수단(10), 하우징에 연결된 액체 공급수단(16) 및 각각 계량된 액체의 량(19)을 액체 공급수단으로부터 전달하여 막의 후방면과 접촉시키도록 연속적으로 작동될 수 있는 전달수단(14)을 포함하며, 사용시 계량된 액체의 량은 막을 통해 분배될 계량된 량에 대해 필요한 분배주기보다 큰 작동 주기동안 진동수단의 작동에 의해 출구에서 분무스프레이로 분배될 수 있는 분배장치(1).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 액체 공급 수단은 피펫(35)을 포함하며, 전달수단은 피펫으로부터 액체를 이동시키도록 피펫에 이동가능하게 장착된 피스톤(36) 및 각각의 거리를 통해 연속작동으로 피스톤을 이동시켜 계량된 량의 액체를 이동시킬 수 있는 인덱싱수단(37)을 포함하는 분배장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 액체 공급 수단은 액체를 포함하는 저장기(16)를 포함하며, 전달수단은 저장기에 연결된 계량펌프(14)를 포함하며, 상기 계량펌프는 챔버를 형성하는 실린더(42) 및 각가의 작동 행정시 챔버로부터 계량된 체적의 액체를 이동시키도록 실린더에 왕복동가능하게 장착된 피스톤(43)을 포함하는 분배장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 액체 공급 수단은 저장기를 포함하며, 전달수단은 유동액체를 전달할 수 있는 전기구동펌프(51) 및 펌프를 작동시킬 수 있으며 계량된 체적의 액체를 전달한 후 펌프를 접속 및 단절시킬 수 있는 제어수단(52)을 포함하는 분배장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 액체 공급 수단은 공급액체가 압력하에 유지되는 가압된 분배 용기(61)를 포함하며 전달수단은 계량된 체적의 액체를 용기로 부터 방출시킬 수 있는 계량밸브(62)를 포함하는 분배장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 액체 공급 수단은 계량된 체적의 액체를 각각 포함하는 다수의 셀(72)을 포함하며, 전달 수단은 작동시 각각의 셀의 내용물을 배출시키도록 작동가능한 분배스테이션(73)을 포함하는 분배장치.
  7. 선행항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하우징은 진동 수단의 주변에 연결되며 막으로 덮여진 중앙구경(5)을 형성하는 환상부재(4)를 포함하는 분배장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 환상부재는 분배장치가 사용시 적합한 작동방향으로 유지될때 방사내향으로 하방으로 경사지도록 오목형으로 되는 상부표면을 포함하는 분배장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 환상부재의 상부표면은 액체 추진재로 형성되는 분배장치.
  10. 제8항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환상부재는 사용시 분배될 액체의 액적(19)을 수용하기 위한 웰(12)을 형성하도록 막과 상호작용하며 구경을 형성하는 최내측의 방사상 표면부(13)를 포함하는 분배장치.
  11. 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하우징은 공기입구(33)와 출구 포트(34)사이를 연통시키는 덕트(32)를 형성하며, 분배 출구는 막의 전방면이 덕트내의 공기에 노출되도록 공기 입구와 출구 포트의 중간의 덕트내에 배치되는 분배장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 공기 임펠러(83)는 덕트를 통해 공기입구로부터 출구 포트까지 공기의 유동을 발생시키도록 작동될 수 있도록 하우징에 연결되는 분배장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 하우징은 덕트와 연통하는 세안용컵(82)을 형성하는 분배장치.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 출구포트는 구강 또는 비강 사용을 위한 흡입포트(34)를 포함하는 분배장치.
  15. 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 진동 수단에 연결되어 진동 수단이 작동되는 동안 작동주기를 결정할 수 있도록 작동가능한 타이머를 포함하며, 작동 주기는 계량된 양이 막을 통해 분배되는데 필요한 분배주기 보다 크게 선택되는 분배장치.
  16. 액체 공급 수단으로부터 계량된 량의 액체를 천공 막의 후방면에 접촉 시키도록 전달하는 단계, 액체의 분무된 스프레이로 막을 통해 분배되도록 막을 진동시키는 단계, 및 계량된 량이 완전히 분배되는데 필요한 분배주기보다 큰 작동주기 동안 막을 연속 진동시키는 단계를 포함하는, 액체를 분무된 스프레이로 분배하는 방법.
