Abstract
一种分发器械(1)设有出口(3),通过此出口一份
确定剂量的液剂(19)从储槽(16)中作为雾流被分发
出去。一滴计量过的液剂(19)发送到多孔膜片(6)上
面,借助于压电换能器(10)供膜片振动,致使通过膜
片上做出的孔眼(7)分发出雾化的液滴。每次启动可
提供定量流剂的发送装置(14)时,换能器就被促动以
振动膜片一段时间,此时段大于分发液滴所需要的分
发时段。这种器械特别适用于分发药物制品。
Description
本发明涉及一种分发器械,用于分发出液雾状的液剂,特别是但不仅仅是分发放入疗法所用的药物。
据知,GB-2240494A提供了一种分发器械,其中一只多孔膜片发生振动,使接触膜片背面的液剂作为细雾或飞沫从膜片的前面分发出去。在所述器械中提出,要运用控制电路来调整膜片在其间保持振动的分发时段,以发送某一予定剂量,而液剂供给源盛放在以膜片构成前壁的腔室之中。
这种装置的一项缺点是,不用时,腔室中的液剂通过多孔膜片的孔眼暴露在空气中,因而可能造成蒸发损失或细菌污染,或因其他缘故而变质。
这种装置的另一项缺点是,液剂通过膜片以流雾状分发出去的速度同振动频率一致,此振动会造成分发时段期间所发送的液剂总量的振动。
按照本发明所展示的一种分发器械包括:开有分发出口的箱壳,具有在出口处外露的正面和使用时与待分发液剂接触的背面的多孔膜片,连接于箱壳并可操作以使膜片振动而把液剂液滴通过膜片分发出去的振动装置,连接于箱壳的液剂供给装置,和发送装置;发送装置可在逐次开动下工作,从液剂供给装置向外每次发送一份定量的液剂同膜片的背面接触。由此在使用中操作振动装置可在出口处分发出去一份定量的液剂,而振动装置的操作时段大于有待通过膜片分发出去的定量液剂所需的分发时段。
这种器械的一项优点是,作为单独的一份剂量同膜片背面接触的全部液剂易于分发,从而有可能避免在逐次开动中间的各个非使用时段期间流剂与外界空气相接触。对于药物制剂来说这一点尤为重要,因为这可以免除在液剂中使用防护剂的需要,并避免蒸发损失。
液剂供给装置也很方便地包括一支注液管,而发送装置包括装在注液管里面的可移动的活塞以从中推移液剂,以及可供操作的示量装置以便在逐次开动情况下推动活塞分别通过一段距离从而推移定量的液剂。
可以变通的是,液剂供给装置包括一只盛放液剂的储槽,而发送装置包括一个连通储槽的计量泵,此泵包括限定一间腔室的液缸和装在液缸里面可往复的活塞以便在每一活动行程中从腔室推出定量容积的液剂。
可以变通的是,发送装置包括一台电动泵,可以操作以发送一股液流,以及控制装置,可以操作以开动电动泵并在发送定量容积的液剂之后关掉电动泵。
在一种变通的器械中,液剂供给装置包括一只加压分发罐,其中液剂供给源保持在压力之下,而发送装置包括一只计量阀,可以操作以便从罐中释放定量容积的液剂。
在另一种变通的器械中,液剂供给装置包括许多装有定量容积的液剂的液囊,而发送装置包括一个分发台,可以操作以便在每次开动时释放个别液囊中的液剂。
最好是,箱壳包括一个环形构件,沿周边与振动装置相连接并限定一个由膜片覆盖着的中心开孔。
最好是,此环形构件具有凹下的上表面,沿径向向内下斜,在使用中此时器械保持在最佳的操作状况。
比较有利的是,环形构件的上表面是由斥液性材料做成的。从而,沉积在此种上表面上的液滴就会被促使沿径向向内移动而同膜片接触。
方便的是,环形构件具有沿径向最靠里面的一部分表面,设有开孔并与膜片相结合以形成在使用中容纳待分发的一滴液剂的一个浅坑。
箱壳可以开有一条在空气入口和放出孔之间沟通的导管,而分发出口位于导管之中的空气入口和放出孔中间,以致膜片的正面外露在导管里面的空气之中。
放出孔可以是口腔或鼻腔用的吸入孔。
这样的一种配置在引进被吸入的药液制品方面是很有用的,因为此时需要液剂雾流夹带在流经导管的被吸入的气流之中。
符合本发明的器械可以装有连接在箱壳上的送气叶轮,可以操作以造成从空气入口到放出孔通过导管的一股气流。
这样的一种配置可以用于分发化品和香水。这种配置的另一项应用是供眼科治疗之用,此时可用眼用药剂生成一种无损害性雾气,借助于装在箱壳上与导管接通的扣眼环引向使用者的眼睛。
现在只借助实例并参照附图来描述本发明的各个具体的实施方案,附图中:

图1中第一种器械1具有开有出口3的箱壳2。箱壳2包括限定中央开孔5的环形构件4,开孔5由多孔膜片6覆盖着。
膜片6沿周边粘在环形构件4上,封住开孔5,开有一群3微米直径和25微米间距的孔眼。
环形构件4沿水平方向伸展,使膜片6的正面8向下而膜片6的背面9朝上。
环形构件4以等厚度沿径向伸展,触及同一振荡电路11(未画出)相连的环形压电换能器10,此电路可以操作使之激励换能器。换能器10可以设置得使振动成直角地施加在环形构件4的平面上,以致横向声波沿环形构件的径向向里传播以沿轴向激振膜片6,以造成此膜片的铅直运动。
膜片6粘在环形构件4的下表面11上;由于构件在开孔5处的有限厚度,在开孔5里面、膜片6之上形成了一个浅坑12,在径向由环形构件4的铅直内环面限制住。
发送装置14位于箱壳之内,可借助于致动器15操作,以便在每次开动时从液剂供给装置16发送定量容积的液剂,液剂是经由发送管7发送到紧挨在膜片6的上方的发送点18的。
紧随着启动发送装置14以分发20微升定量容积的液剂,如图所示的一滴液剂就被置放在浅坑12之内膜片6的顶部,膜片则被激振,在出口3周围的空气中造成一股雾流20。
使用中,膜片6最初是不带液剂的,而靠启动发送装置14分发一份定量容积的液剂,使得一滴液剂置于浅坑12之中。随后启动振动装置,不断振动膜片6达到由计时器(未画出)确定的一个操作时段。
操作时段要选定得大于为通过膜片孔眼7、作为液流或液雾分发液滴9所包容的全部液流剂所需要的分发时段。
由于实际上为全部分发某一定量容积所需要的分发时段是随每次开动而变化的,操作时段要选定得充分大于平均分发时段,以便适应这种变化从而确保分发的液剂数量不依赖于液剂流经膜片的快慢。
振动装置此时退动,直到需要再次使用。
现在描述图2所示的一种可供选择的器械30,在适于相应各另件的地方采用与图1中的参照编号相应的参照编号。
第2种器械30包括箱壳2,带有环形构件4,支撑着膜片6,在换能器10促动下振动。环形构件4具有凹形上表面31,沿径向向内下斜,使开孔5处于表面31的最下部,借此帮助上表面31上的任何液剂泄流到浅坑12中去。
上表面31敷有斥液表层以协助此种泄流作用并确保沉积在上表面上的液滴有办法同膜片6接触。
箱壳2开有一条沿水平方向伸展的圆柱形导管32,沟通空气入口33和适于口腔吸入的吸入孔34。出口3位于入口33和吸入孔34中间,同导管32连通,膜片6具有正面8,直接外露在导管32里面的空气之中。
第2种器械30具有发送装置14,包括一根注液管35,其中的活塞36借助于带有分散的计量梯级的示量装置37可以前行以便从注液管推移定量容积的液剂38。发送管17居中连通注液管35和发送点18,在每次启动示量装置37时可分发定量的液剂同膜片6接触。

第3种器械40包括箱壳环形构件4和导管32,具有在前面参照图2中第二种器械30所描述过的那种型式。第3种器械的不同之处在于:发送装置14是手动的计量泵41,具有缸体42容纳着由致动器44推动的活塞43。每启动一次,活塞43的单一行程就从缸体42推出一份定量液剂经由单向出口阀门45流入发送管17。活塞随后返回休止位置,液腔又重新注满以供下次操作之用。缸体42和活塞43在图3中是示意性的,不合比例,在实际配置中选定适当的行程和定量容积以便在每次启用时分发一滴液剂。
液剂是经由入口阀门47从储槽46供给计量泵41的,储槽具有足够的容量以盛放大量的定量容积的液剂。
在使用中,计量泵41是由用手推压致动器44而启用的,活塞43的单一行程则经由发送管17把一滴液剂推出到膜片6上面去。
然后启动换能器使膜片振动,把雾化液滴分发到导管32里面去,在那里被使用者经由吸入孔34吸入。在足以让液滴被吸尽的一段时间之后,换能器10退动,器械准备好供再次使用。
现在描述图4所示的4种可供选择的器械,在适于各相应另件的地方采用与前面各图中的参照编号相应的参照编号。
器械50大体上类似于图3中的第3种器械,不同的只是包括一台在由电路控制器52供能后可以操作,从储槽46发送液剂到发送点18的电动泵51。
电支泵51是一台在供能后提供连续输出液流的压送泵,电路控制器52靠控制电动泵51被供能的持续时间来达到发送定量容积的目的。
一旦定量容积的液剂发送到膜片6上面,器械50的操作就与上述第3种器械的一致了。
现在描述图5所示的第5种器械60,在适于各相应另外的地方采用与前面各图中的参照编号相应的参照编号。
第5种器械60包括箱壳2,带有环形构件支撑着膜片6,它具有在前面参照图2、3和4描述过的那种同样的共同型式。一些液剂盛放在加压分发罐61里面,此罐具有通常用于湿润剂分发器中的那种型式。罐61具有计量阀62,可以操作以便当相对于罐61降下管茎63时作出反应而经由管茎63分发定量容积的液剂。
管茎63纳入固定在箱壳2上的插座64之中,而罐61可相对于自箱壳向上伸出的管套65移动,这样就使罐61和管茎63之间可以产生相对运动,从而可能靠相对于箱壳2用手压下罐61而启动计量阀63。
插座64上形成一个连通管茎63的发送孔口66,液剂经由这一孔口分发到膜片6上面。
在使用中,启动换能器10使膜片振动一段时间,足以完全雾化容纳在浅坑12里面的一滴液剂,使细雾经由导管32用口吸入。
现在描述图6所示的第6种器械70,在适于相应各另件的地方采用与前面各图中的参照编号相应的参照编号。
第6种器械70包括箱壳2、环形构件4和膜片6,具有参照图2至5所阐明过的那种型式。发送装置14包括液剂供给装置71,其中各份定量液剂盛放在各个单个液囊72里面。各个液囊72依次送进到分发台73上,压下致动器74可以操作此台使液囊中的液剂释放出来并经由发送管17把液囊中的液剂引导到膜片6上面去。
液囊72是一种做在一条易于处置的带条75上面的胶囊,带条送进到分发台73上,各个胶囊分别在每一个发操作期间被致动器74的动作弄破。
现在描述图7所示的第7种器械80,在适于各相应另件的地方采用与前面各图中参照编号相应的参照图号。
第7各器械80以图2中第2种器械30为基础,只是包括改型箱壳81,其中图2中的吸入孔34用扣眼杯82代替,而空气入口33装有送气叶轮83。
送气叶轮83由电马达85驱动的风扇84构成,为了是沿导管32造成气流,而放气孔86设置在扣眼杯82附近,可使空气沿扣眼杯的周边逸出。
可以操作第7种器械80把湿润剂液雾分发到导管32中去,其方式与图2中第2种器械相同。作为液剂分发的制品是一种眼用药剂,在配上扣眼杯82时可提供向使用者的眼睛发送的一种无损害性液雾。
现在描述图8所示的第8种器械90,在适于各相应另件的地方采用与前面各图中的参照编号相应的参照编号。
第8种器械90以图1中第1种器械1为基础,不同的只是包括改型箱壳91,它限定了一条圆柱形导管,在使用中出口3打开向导管中释放雾流。导管92具有出口93,当位于空气入口33处的送气叶轮83造成穿行导管92的一股气流时,有空气通过此出口。送气叶轮83是一个由电马达驱动的风扇84。
第8种器械90主要是用于分发化装制品、香水和香气的。
图1所示的器械可以用于医学吸入疗法以外的各种场合,比如分发包括香水在内的化装制品。
图2至6中的器械适用于吸入疗法,在每种情况下可以加以改进而包括一件吸入传感器,以便使穿过膜片的液滴释放与使用者的吸入动作保持同步。吸入孔可以做得适应于口腔或鼻腔吸入。
图4所示的第4种器械所涉及的压送泵可加以变通而采用EP-0398583A中所披露的那种型式的压电微量泵,其中的隔膜由于压电换能器的作用的发生往复动作。
图7中的第7种器械80可以变通而装上参照图3或图4所阐明的那种型式的计量泵,或者可以变通而采用图5所示的第5种器械中的加压分发罐61和计量阀62。可以变通的量,图6中的液剂供给装置71可用于第7种器械80。
同样的说明也适用于第8种器械,其中同样地可以采用变通装置以发送一滴液剂到膜片6上面去。
图7和8中所采用的送气叶轮83可以用等效的装置代换,诸如机械驱动式风扇或鼓风装置。
第6种器械70可以变通而采用各种不同型式包装各个液囊。比如,可以用一根塑料、铝或胶合带条做成带有许多小盒的样子,每一小盒形成一个盛放着事先定量的液剂的小室并且每一小盒都用第二根塑料、铝箔或胶合带条封住。随后可以用刺穿小盒或剥去第二根带条的办法使液剂释放出来。
在图6所示的结构中,各份定量液剂量在制作期间置放在包装物之中的,每次动用分发器械就消耗一份剂量。这种装置的优点在于:提供一系列具有予定容积的封装的剂量作为供器械处置的不同剂量,需要时可以从中选定或规定所需的剂量。
以上参照每种实施例所描述的膜片的振动频率可以选定为任一适当的数值,最好是在千赫至兆赫的范围内。
图5中的加压分发罐可以具有惯用的型式,其中可挥发的推进剂同液态制品混在一起;或者具有变通型式,比如适合于在来自压缩气体的压力下从事分发的那种液罐。液态制品可以同推进剂或气体分开而盛放在一只可分拆的袋器或舱室里面。
Claims (16)
1、分发器械(1)包括:开有分发出口(3)的箱壳(2),具有外露在出口处的正面(8)和在使用中接触待分发液剂的背面(9)的多孔膜片(6),连接箱壳并可操作的、能使膜片振动以通过膜片分发液滴的振动装置(10),连接箱壳的液剂供给装置(16)和发送装置(14);此发送装置可在逐次开动的情况下加以操作,以便从液剂供给装置发送个别的定量液剂(19)同膜片的背面接触,从而在使用中借助在操作时段内操作振动装置可以把定量液剂在出口处作为雾流分发出去,此操作时段大于为通过膜片分发此定量液剂所需要的分发时段。
2、权利要求1中所述的分发器械,其中液剂供给装置包括注液管(35),而发送装置包括装在注液管内可以移动以从中推移流剂的活塞(36)和示量装置(37),此装置可以操作以推动活塞在逐次开动的情况下分别行进一段距离从而推出一份定量液剂。
3、权利要求1中所述的分发器械,其中液剂供给装置包括盛放液剂的储槽(16),而发送装置包括连通储槽的计量泵(14),此计量泵包括形成液腔的缸体(42)和活塞(43),活塞装在缸体内可以往复,在每一活动行程中从液腔推出定量容积的液剂。
4、权利要求1中所述的分发器械,其中液剂供给装置包括储槽,而发送装置包括电动泵(51),可以操作以发送一股液流,以及控制装置(52),可以操作以打开电动泵并在发送定量液剂之后关掉此泵。
5、权利要求1中所述的分发器械,其中液剂供给装置包括加压分发罐(61),罐中液剂源保持在压力之下,而发送装置包括计量泵(62),可以操作以便从罐中释放定量容积的液剂。
6、权利要求1所述的分发器械,其中液剂供给装置包括许多液囊(72),每一液囊内装一份定量容积的液剂,而发送装置包括分发台(73),可以操作以便在其每次启用时释放各别液囊中的内含液剂。
7、前面任何一项权利要求中所述的分发器械,其中箱壳包括环形构件(4),沿周向连接于振动装置并且限定由膜片覆盖的中央开孔(5)。
8、权利要求7中所述的分发器械,其中环形构件包括一个凹下的上表面,沿径向向内下斜,此时器械在使用中被保持在最佳操作状况。
9、权利要求8中所述的分发器械,其中环形构件的上表面由斥液性材料做成的。
10、权利要求8至9的任何一项所述的分发器械,其中环形构件包括沿径向在最里面的一部分表面(3),限定开孔并与膜片结合以形成用于在使用中容纳待分发的一滴液剂(19)的浅坑(12)。
11、前面任何一项权利要求中所述的分发器械,其中箱壳开有在空气入口(33)和放出孔(34)之间贯通的导管(32),分发出口则位于导管内空气入口和放出孔中间,致使膜片的正面外露在导管里面的空气之中。
12、权利要求11中所述的分发器械,其中送气叶轮(83)连接在箱壳上,可以操作以造成从空气入口到放出孔穿行导管的一股气流。
13、权利要求12中所述的分发器械,其中箱壳做有连通导管的扣眼杯(82)。
14、权利要求11中所述的分发器械,其中放出孔是供口腔或鼻腔用的吸入孔(34)。
15、前面任何一项权利要求中所述的分发器械包括计时器,连接在振动装置上并且可以操作以规定振动装置在其间开动的操作时段,而在此器械中操作时段选定得大于待分发的定量液剂通过膜片到需要的分发时段。
16、雾流式液剂分发方法包括以下步骤:从液剂供给装置发送一份定量液剂与一多孔膜片的背面接触,振动膜片使液剂通过膜片作了雾流分发出去,以及在操作时段期间继续振动膜片,操作时段大于定量液剂完全分发出去所需要的分发时段。
