Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記定義: −天然多分散炭水化物組成物の平均DPより著しく大きい平均DP、 −低分子モノマー、ダイマー及びオリゴマーを著しくは含有しない、 −着色剤、塩、蛋白質及び有機酸からなる群の中から選択した不純物を著しくは 含有しない、 −溶解度影響生成物の如き技術的助剤を著しくは含有しない を特徴とする分別多分散炭水化物組成物。 2.分別多分散フルクタン組成物であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記 載の組成物。 3.主としてβ−結合を有する組成物であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2 項記載の組成物。 4.イヌリン組成物であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項記載の組成物。 5.分別多分散キクジサイヌリンであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項記 載の組成物。 6.下記特性: −1〜100μm、好ましくは5〜70μm、更に好ましくは6〜60μmの直 径、 −偏光下半径非対称二重破壊及び直角フェードクロスを有する球状粒子の形であ り、変性平均DPを有する結晶化組成物であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項〜第5項の何れか1項記載の組成物。 7.スプレー乾燥されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第6項の何 れか1項記載の組成物。 8.炭水化物がエステル化、エーテル化、及び/又は酸化されていることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第7項の何れか1項記載の組成物。 9.重大な温度変性を含む急速冷却により、重大な濃度変性を含む急速濃度増 大により、又はそれらの組合せによって得られる高度に過飽和の迅速達成を含む ことを特徴とする多分散炭水化物組成物の溶液のための直接結晶化方法。 10.下記工程: −天然多分散炭水化物組成物準安定溶液の製造、 −前記準安定溶液の直接結晶化、 −結晶化後得られた粒子の分離、 −分離した粒子の洗浄、 −洗浄した粒子のできるなら乾燥、 −できるなら化学的又は酵素的変性 を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第8項の何れか1項記載の組成物の 製造方法。 11.天然多分散炭水化物組成物が予め分別された多分散炭水化物組成物である ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項記載の方法。 12.請求の範囲第1項〜第8項の何れか1項記載の分別多分散炭水化物組成物 を含有することを特徴とするクリーム状組織を有する組成物。 13.請求の範囲第1項〜第8項の何れか1項記載の組成 物及び/又は請求の範囲第12項記載の組成物を含有することを特徴とする医薬 、化粧、飼料及び/又は食品組成物。
