Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 硬化エラストマー(22)上の表面をイオン化して第1活性化領域を形成す ることと、 プラスチック(14)上の表面(15)をイオン化して第2活性化領域を形成 することと、 前記第1活性化領域を前記第2活性化領域との接触状態に配置することと 、 接触状態にある前記第1活性化領域と第2活性化領域とに圧力を加えて前 記エラストマー(22)と前記プラスチック(14)との間に直接的に結合を形成さ せることと、 を包含する、硬化エラストマー(22)をプラスチック(14)に結合させる 方法。 2. 前記第1活性化領域と第2活性化領域とが、前記第1活性化領域の形成後 直ちに接触状態に配置されてなる、請求項1に記載した方法。 3. 前記第1活性化領域と第2活性化領域とを接触状態に配置するのに先立っ て前記第2活性化領域にプライマーを加えることを更に包含してなる、請求項1 に記載した方法。 4. 前記プライマーを加えた後から前記第1活性化領域と第2活性化領域との 接触状態への配置に先立つ間に、前記第2活性化領域を乾燥させることを更に包 含してなる、請求項3に記載した方法。 5. 前記プライマーがアミノシランの1%溶液で概略構成されてなる、請求項 3に記載した方法。 6. 前記アミノシランが、 (CH3O)3Si(CH2)3NHCH2CH2NH2 及び N−(2−アミノエチル)−3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン で構成されるグループから選定されてなる、請求項6に記載した方法。 7. 前記エラストマー及び前記プラスチックのイオン化が、火炎、コロナ放電 、及びプラズマ放電の処理グループから選定された処理によって達成されてなる 、請求項1に記載した方法。 8. 前記イオン化が、前記エラストマー及び前記プラスチックをコロナ放電電 極にさらすことによって達成されてなる、請求項7に記載した方法。 9. 前記第1活性化領域と第2活性化領域とが、概略3.5kg/cm2の圧力の下 での接触状態に置かれてなる、請求項1に記載した方法。 10. 前記圧力の適用されている間に接触状態に配置された、前記第1活性化領 域と第2活性化領域とに熱が加えられてなる、請求項1に記載した方法。 11. 前記プラスチックがポリオレフィンから成る、請求項1に記載した方法。 12. 前記プラスチックがフェノール含有プラスチックから成る、請求項1に記 載した方法。 13. 前記プラスチックが尿素化合物誘導体から成る、請求項1に記載した方法 。 14. 前記エラストマーがゴムから成る、請求項1に記載した方法。 15. 前記ゴムがシリコン ゴムから成る、請求項14に記載した方法。 16. フランジ(14)によって定義される開口(12)を中に有するプラスチック キャップ(10)と、 前記フランジ(14)の内側表面(15)と直接物理的に接触して結合した状 態にされて前記キャップの中の開口(12)を閉塞するも該フランジ(14)との間 には接着剤乃至はプラスチックの層を介在させない隔壁(20)と、 を備え、前記隔壁(20)がエラストマー(22)を備えてなるシーリング要 素。 17. 前記プラスチックがポリオレフィンからなる、請求項16に記載したシーリ ング要素。 18. 前記エラストマーがシリコン ゴムからなる、請求項16に記載したシーリ ング要素。 19. 前記隔壁が、前記フランジの内側表面(15)と直接物理的に接触する隔壁 の側とは反対側に、ポリテトラフルオルエチレンの層(21)を更に備えてなる、 請求項18に記載したシーリング要素。 20. 前記隔壁(20)が、前記フランジ(14)から離れる方向に延長された実質 的に円錐の形状を有してなる、請求項16に記載したシーリング要素。 21. 1つの容器と、 該容器に取付けられる時に液密シールが形成されるように、該容器に開放 可能に取付けられるのに適するプラスチック キャップ(10)と、 を備え、 前記プラスチック キャップが中にフランジ(14)によって定義される開 口(12)を有してなり、 前記キャップが、前記フランジ(14)の内側表面(15)と直接物理的に接 触して結合した状態にされて前記キャップの中の開口(12)を閉塞するも該フラ ンジ(14)との間には接着剤乃至はプラスチックの層を介在させない隔壁(20) を有してなり、 該隔壁(20)がエラストマー(22)を備えてなる、 シール可能な容器。 22. フランジ(14)によって定義される開口(12)を中に有する金属キャップ (10)と、 前記フランジ(14)の内側表面(15)と直接物理的に接触して結合した状 態にされて前記キャップの中の開口(12)を閉塞するも該フランジ(14)との間 には接着剤乃至はプラスチック材料の層を介在させない隔壁(20)と、 を備え、該隔壁(20)がエラストマー(22)を備えてなるシーリング要素 。 23. 前記金属がアルミニウムからなる、請求項22に記載したシーリング要素。 24. 前記キャップがひだ付きキャップからなる、請求項22に記載したシーリン グ要素。 25. アミノシラン結合作用物質で金属表面(15)を濡らすことと、 該金属表面に結合させる硬化エラストマー(22)上の表面をイオン化して 第1活性化領域を形成することと、 該第1活性化領域を前記金属表面(15)に接触させて配置することと、 該接触領域に圧力と熱とを加えて、前記エラストマー(22)と前記金属表 面(15)との間の直接的結合を形成することと、 を包含する、硬化エラストマー(22)の金属表面(15)への結合方法。 26. 前記金属表面がアルミニウムを備え、前記エラストマー(22)がシリコン ゴム、スチレン ブタジエン ゴム、ブチル ゴム、天然ゴム、及びビトン ゴムからなるグループから選定されてなる、請求項25に記載した方法。 27. 前記金属表面が金属キャップ(10)のフランジ(14)の内側表面(15)を 備えて、該フランジ(14)が該金属キャップ(10)の中に開口(12)を定義して なり、 前記エラストマー(22)が隔壁(20)を構成してなり、 前記第1活性化領域と前記フランジ(14)との間に熱と圧力とを加えるこ とにより前記隔壁(20)を前記フランジ(14)の内側表面に結合させて前記キャ ップ(10)の中の開口を閉塞させてなる、 請求項25に記載した方法。 28. 前記プラスチックがプラスチック キャップ(10)を構成してなり、 該プラスチック上の表面のイオン化が該キャップ(10)の内側表面(15) のイオン化を包含してなり、 前記エラストマー(22)がライナーを備えてなり、 前記第1活性化領域及び第2活性化領域に圧力を加えることによって該ラ イナーを該キャップ(10)の内側表面(15)に直接的に結合させてなる、請求項 1に記載した方法。 29. 前記プラスチック キャップ(10)が該プラスチック キャップ(10)の 中の開口(12)を定義するフランジ(14)を有してなり、 前記イオン化ステップが該フランジ(14)の内側表面をイオン化すること を包含してなり、 前記第1活性化領域及び第2活性化領域に圧力を加えることによって前記 ライナーを前記フランジ(14)の内側表面(15)に結合させて前記キャップ(10 )の中の開口(12)を閉塞させてなる、 請求項28に記載した方法。 30. 前記ライナーがシリコン ゴムを備えてなる、請求項28に記載した方法。 31. 前記ライナーがシリコン ゴムの層とポリテトラフルオルエチレンの層と を備えてなり、該シリコン ゴムの層の表面がイオン化されてなる、請求項29に 記載した方法。
