把持する把持爪を複数個取付けて構成された製品把持具
と、排気ポンプが付属した表皮吸着用吸盤を表皮に対応
した大きさの基部に複数個に取付けて構成された表皮吸
着具と、前記製品把持具及び前記表皮吸着具を支持する
ための垂直方向の支持ロッドの下端部を金型間の中間位
置及び型締機の上方位置間を昇降させ、さらに水平方向
へ金型及び製品搬出位置に移動させる搬送機構とを備
え、 前記支持ロッドの下端部に、前記製品把持具及び前記表
皮吸着具の互に垂直状態で背中合わせになった前記基部
の下端部をそれぞれ枢着させ、かつ前記基部を垂直状態
から互に離反する水平状態にそれぞれ回動させるアクチ
ュエータを設けたことを特徴とする射出成形製品の取出
機。
