2. An injection mold for an outer layer of a blank member according to claim 1, wherein: a second lifting block (10) is movably connected to the lower part of the front side of the lower substrate;
a guide rod (11) is fixed at the bottom of one side of the female die, which is close to the male die, and the guide rod is obliquely arranged downwards; the second lifting block is provided with a blind hole (12) which is arranged obliquely downwards, and when the female die is attached to the male die, the guide rod is gradually inserted into the blind hole.

An injection mold for an outer layer of a blank member according to claim 2, wherein: for the surface of the female die opposite to the male die, the upper side of the female die is provided with a fourth groove (21) matched with the second lifting block, and the middle part of the female die is provided with a fifth groove (22) and a sixth groove (23) matched with the outer layer to be injection-molded on the other side of the blank; the fifth groove is communicated with the sixth groove and a grouting hole (14) on the female die, when the female die is attached to the male die, the fifth groove is attached to the edge of the second groove, and the sixth groove is attached to the edge of the first groove; the lower part of the female die is provided with a seventh groove (25) matched with the second lifting block.

An injection mold for an outer layer of a blank member according to claim 1, wherein: the female die is provided with a first circulating water through hole (17) which is horizontally distributed and a second circulating water through hole (18) which is longitudinally distributed, the second circulating water through hole is communicated with the first circulating water through hole, the first circulating water through hole penetrates through the side wall of the female die and then is communicated with the outside, and one end of the second circulating water through hole is close to the sixth groove (23).
5. An injection mold for an outer layer of a blank member according to claim 1, wherein: and a third circulating water through hole (19) and a fourth circulating water through hole (20) are horizontally distributed on the lower substrate, the fourth circulating water through hole is communicated with the third circulating water through hole, the third circulating water through hole penetrates through the side wall of the lower substrate and then is communicated with the outside, and one end of the fourth circulating water through hole is close to the first groove.
6. An injection mold for an outer layer of a blank member according to claim 1, wherein: and the four corners of the lower substrate are respectively provided with a seventh groove, the front end of the third hydraulic cylinder is also fixedly provided with a first horizontal rod (5), and the first horizontal rod (5) can move back and forth along the seventh groove.

9. Method for the production of an injection mould for the outer layer of a blank according to any of the claims 1-8, characterised in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) firstly, a first hydraulic cylinder drives a first lifting block (7) to further drive a lifting rod (8) to move downwards, a blank piece is inserted onto the lifting rod through a middle hole of the blank piece, and a second hydraulic cylinder (9) drives an upper base plate (3) to further drive the blank piece to move backwards into a first groove (2);
(2) the main driving device drives the male die to move towards the female die, at the moment, a guide rod (11) of the female die is in contact with a blind hole (12) in the second lifting block (10), and due to the fact that the guide rod is arranged obliquely downwards, the second lifting block gradually moves upwards along with the fact that the male die is close to the female die, and finally the upper portion of the second lifting block is attached to the bottom of a blank piece (24);
(3) injecting a proper amount of slurry into the grouting holes (14) through the second grooves (13), enabling the slurry to enter the first grooves (2) and the sixth grooves (23) through the fifth grooves (22), opening circulating water, cooling the whole mold, filling the slurry into gaps among the blank pieces, the first grooves and the sixth grooves (23), and performing injection molding on the outer portions of the blank pieces according to the shapes of the first grooves and the sixth grooves;
(4) the main hydraulic cylinder drives the male die to be far away from the female die, and the second lifting block moves downwards along with the male die to be separated from the bottom of the blank piece of the outer layer after injection molding;
(5) the second hydraulic cylinder drives the upper base plate, so that the blank piece of the outer layer after injection molding is driven to move forwards and away from the first groove (2); the first hydraulic cylinder drives the first lifting block (7) to further drive the lifting rod to move upwards, and the blank after injection molding of the outer layer is blocked by the protruding block (6) and separated from the lifting rod when rising;
(6) the third hydraulic cylinder drives the second horizontal rod (15) to move forwards, the second horizontal rod ejects out the residual materials in the second groove (2), and then the third hydraulic cylinder drives the second horizontal rod to retract and restore to the original shape.
