In the present case, as can be understood in detail from fig. 9 to 10, c and d in the drawings are both positions of the first engaging groove 511 on the adjustable panel 51, and more specifically, a distance from the first engaging groove 511 to the outer side surface.
When the adjusting panels 51 are exchanged, the production can be continued only by detaching the bolts on the adjusting panels 51, attaching the corresponding adjusting panels 51, and then screwing the bolts. The method for adjusting production has short replacement time and convenient adjustment, and does not need a lower die.
A push plate 6 is arranged between the fixed template 1 and the movable template 2, the push plate 6 comprises a sleeve joint part 61 and a track part 62, the sleeve joint part 61 is sleeved outside the second cavity block 21, and the track part 62 extends to the outside of the mold from the fixed template 1 and the movable template 2; the push plate 6 is for the convenience of mounting the core 3 and allows the core 3 to be rapidly extracted from between the fixed die plate 1 and the movable die plate 2 without machining.
A slide block pressing plate 63 is arranged on the track part 62 in a sliding mode, the slide block pressing plate 63 is used for installing the mold core 3, a forming limiting block 64 is arranged on the outer side of the slide block pressing plate 63, and when the fixed mold plate 1 and the movable mold plate 2 are combined, the forming limiting block 64 is abutted to the fixed mold plate 1;
