The invention provides integrated workpiece forming equipment, which is used for forming a workpiece through a forming die, wherein a male die is provided with a clamping jaw module which clamps an inserted rod so as to be formed at one time; the clamping assembly is arranged on the male die, so that the clamping assembly clamps the inserted link in the forming process, the one-step forming is realized, the step of inserting the inserted link is omitted, the processing steps are reduced, the efficiency is improved, the space is saved, and meanwhile, when the clamping assembly loosens the inserted link, the clamping assembly moves towards the direction of a formed workpiece to push the workpiece wrapped on the male die, so that the material pushing effect is realized; the inserted bar is clamped by the clamping assembly, so that a workpiece is ensured to be left on the male die in the die opening process; the insertion rod is more stably connected with the fixed seat of the workpiece by arranging the threads on the insertion rod; the forming die with the material pushing clamping jaw is convenient to realize rapid forming of workpieces, the push rods are arranged on the male die, so that the material pushing process is more stable, the stress on each push rod and each driving rod is reduced, the deformation of the workpieces due to overlarge stress is avoided, and meanwhile, the service life is prolonged.

Claims (10)

a clamping assembly (32) is mounted on the male die (31), the clamping assembly (32) comprises a driving rod (321) and a clamping jaw module (322), the driving rod (321) is mounted on the pushing assembly (4), and an external driving device drives the pushing assembly (4) so that the driving rod (321) drives the clamping jaw module (322) to loosen/clamp an inserted link (61) on a workpiece (6);

a sliding groove (32211) is formed in the clamping block (3221); a through hole for placing the clamping jaw module (322) is formed in the male die (31), a sliding rail (314) for guiding the sliding groove (32211) is arranged on the inner wall of the through hole, and the sliding rail (314) is connected with the sliding groove (32211) in a sliding manner; the extending direction of the sliding groove (32211) is inclined relative to the insert rod (61); when the driving rod (321) pushes the clamping block (3221), the clamping block (3221) is far away from the insert rod (61) under the guiding action of the sliding groove (32211) and the sliding rail (314), and the clamping head part (32212) is disconnected from the insert rod (61).

the installation position of the guide slider (32213) corresponds to the position of the sliding groove (32211).
5. A single-piece forming apparatus for a workpiece as defined in claim 2, wherein: the clamping blocks (3221) are opposite to each other, and when the driving rod (321) pushes the clamping blocks (3221), the distance between the side surfaces of the adjacent clamping blocks (3221) is increased;
on the contrary, the driving rod (321) pulls the clamping blocks (3221), the distance between the side surfaces of the adjacent clamping blocks (3221) is decreased progressively, and when the upper surface of the clamping blocks (3221) is kept flat with the molding surface of the male die, the side surfaces of the adjacent clamping blocks (3221) are contacted.

A single-piece forming apparatus for a workpiece as defined in claim 2, wherein: the cross section of the sliding rail (314) is matched with that of the sliding groove (32211), the inner wall of the through hole is in matched contact with the clamping block (3221), so that the upper surface of the clamping block (3221) is flush with the forming surface of the male die (31), and the clamping jaw module (322) is connected with the male die (31) to form a sealed forming surface.
7. A single-piece forming apparatus for a workpiece as recited in claim 1, wherein: the upper cover (1) comprises an upper template (11) and a pouring gate (12), wherein the pouring gate (12) is arranged on the upper template (11);

the fixing lug (3211) is embedded between the push plate (41) and the push rod fixing plate (42), so that the push rod (317) and the driving rod (321) move along with the push plate (41).
