Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.自動車用の電池ケーブルクランプ(2′)であって,事故の際に操作されて 電池(3)と自動車回路網のケーブル端部(4′)とを分離する安全分離装置( 2)並びに安全分離装置(2)のケーシング(11)を有している形式のものに おいて,ケーシング(11)の不動の部分が電池ケーブルクランプ(2′)に一 体に形成されていて,分離可能な固定装置(10;12,13)によって車内回 路網のケーブル端部(4′)を保持しており,補助力駆動部材(6)がケーシン グに不動に設けられた壁体とケーブル端部(4′)との間に,補助力駆動部材が 操作された場合にケーブル端部(4′)の固定が解かれるように,配置されかつ 構成されており,補助力駆動部材(6)は制御導線(1′)を有しており,この 制御導線は事故センサに関連して,他の安全システムとは別個にかつ又は他の安 全システムと一緒に,補助力駆動部材を操作することを特徴とする,自動車用の 電池ケーブルクランプ。 2.ケーブル端部(4′)とケーシング(11)との間に,火薬によって作用す る補助力駆動部材(6)が設けられていることを特徴とする,請求項1記載の電 池ケーブルクランプ。 3.ケーブル端部(4′)のための固定装置が,大きな分離力によって解離可能 なかん合結合部,形状結合による結合部,予定破断箇所のある結合部,ろう接結 合部その他の均等の結合部(10;12,13)として構成されており,補助力 駆動部材(6)が,それが操作されるとこの解離可能な結合部(10;12,1 3)が分離されるように,配置又は構成されていることを特徴とする,請求項1 又は2記載のケーブルクランプ。 4.ほぼ円筒形でかつ互いにほぼ直角に配置されている2つの受容部(ケーブル 端部スリーブ4″,ケーシング11)が,ケーブル端部(4′)と補助力駆動部 材(6)とのための保持部として設けられ又は構成されており,第1の受容部は ,解離可能な結合部(12,13)によってケーブルクランプ(2′)に固定さ れ若しくは予定破断箇所のある結合部(10)を介してケーブルクランプ(2′ )に一体に形成されており,第2の受容部はケーブルクランプ(2′)に一体に 形成されていることを特徴とする,請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載野 ケーブルクランプ。 5.解離可能な結合部が,ケーブル端部スリーブ(4″)にその主軸線に対して 直角方向に設けられた円柱状の突起(13)及び又は自由端部に向かって拡大し ている突起(13′)と,補助力駆動部材(6)の主軸線に対して同軸的に配置 されている円柱状の孔(12)若しくはアンダカットされた開口(12′)とか ら成っており,該突起と孔若しくは開口とは互いに協働して,かん合結合部及び 又は形状結合による結合部を構成していることを特徴とする,請求項1から4ま でのいずれか1項に記載のケーブルクランプ。 6.一体の,予定破断箇所のある結合部(10)が補助力駆動部材(6)の主軸 線に対して側方に間隔をおいて配置されていて,ケーブル端部(4′)に対する 補助力駆動部材の支持箇所と予定破断箇所のある結合部(10)との間にてこ腕 が形成されていることを特徴とする,請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載 のケーブルクランプ。 7.ケーブル端部(4′)及び補助力駆動部材(6)が1つの円筒状の受容部( 12″)内に配置されており,ケーブル端部は受容部(12″)の外方端部にか つ補助力駆動部材は受容部(12″)の内方端部に配置されていて,補助力が受 容部(12″)の内方端部とケーブル端部(4′)の内方端部とに支えられるよ うになっていて,補助力が操作されると,ケーブル端部(4′)が受容部(12 ″)から押し出されるようにしたことを特徴とする,請求項1から6までのいず れか1項に記載のケーブルクランプ。 8.解離可能な結合部(10;12,13)が,電池プラス極に接続されたモー タスタータケーブル(4)のケーブル端部(4′)のところに設けられており, モータスタータケーブル接続部とは無関係な,ほかの電気絶縁された車内回路網 ケーブルのためのねじ接続部(9)がケーブルクランプ(2′)に形成されてい ることを特徴とする,請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のケーブルクラ ンプ。 9.ケーブルクランプ(2′)とケーブル端部(4′)との間にスペーサ(14 ,14′)が,ケーブル端部(4′)が外された場合にケーブル端部がケーブル クランプ(2′)と接触することがないように,配置されかつ構成されているこ とを特徴とする,請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のケーブルクランプ 。 10.スペーサ(14′)が絶縁ブッシュとして構成されており,この絶縁ブッシ ュは,ケーブル端部スリーブ(4″)の突起(13)の,減径された円柱状自由 端部(13″)に固定されていて,この端部(13″)を越えて突出しており, かつケーブル端部(4′)及びケーブル端部スリーブ(4″)と一緒に安全分離 装置(2)によってケーブルクランプから解離可能であることを特徴とする,請 求項9記載のケーブルクランプ。 11. 自動車用の電池ケーブルクランプであって,事故の際に操作されて電池( 3)と自動車回路網のケーブル端部(4′)とを分離する安全分離装置(2)並 びに安全分離装置(2)のケーシング(11)を有している形式のものにおいて ,ケーブルクランプ(2′)の分離装置(2)の不動の部分が一体に形成されて おり,分離装置の分離可能な部分(ケーブル端部スリーブ4″)がケーブル端部 (4′)と結合されており,かつ又はケーブル端部自体によって形成されており ,かつ分離可能な部分は不動の部分(ケーシング11)に,分離可能な固定装置 (10;12,13)によって保持されており,これら両方の部分の間に補助力 駆動部材(6),殊に火薬によって作用又は作動する補助力エレメントが配置さ れており,この補助力駆動部材は,操作されると,両方の部分を分離するために 両方の部分(4′,11)に互いに逆方向に作用し,補助力駆動部材はこのため に制御導線(1′)を有しており,この制御導線は事故センサ(エアバッグ制御 装置1)に関連して補助力駆動部材を他の安全システムとは別個にかつ又は他の 安全システムと一緒に操作するようにしたことを特徴とする,自動車用の電池ケ ーブルクランプ。
