Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.縦糸(B)および横糸(A)の少なくとも一方のかなりの部分が、シリコ ーンエラストマーを含んでいることを特徴とする、耐熱性ストランドから構成さ れた織布を含むラミネートプレス機で使用するためのプレスパッド。 2.シリコーンエラストマーが、1.1g/cm3〜1.4g/cm3(これら値 を含む)の範囲内の比重を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のプレスパッ ド。 3.シリコーンエラストマーが、1.20±0.02g/cm3の比重を有する ことを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のプレスパッド。 4.シリコーンエラストマーが、1メートル当たり15kNの最小引裂強さお よび6MPaの最小引張強さを有することを特徴とする、請求項2または3記載 のプレスパッド。 5.縦糸(B)および横糸(A)の少なくとも一方が、実質的に中実のシリコ ーンストランドを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のプレ スパッド。 6.縦糸(B)および横糸(A)の少なくとも一方が、シリコーン被覆された 金属ワイヤを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のプレスパ ッド。 7.シリコーン被覆されたワイヤのシリコーンの肉厚が少なくとも0.2mm であり、シリコーン被覆されたワイヤの外径が、少なくとも1.0mmであるこ とを特徴とする、請求項6記載のプレスパッド。 8.金属ワイヤが、ストランド状または編組状銅ワイヤを含み、各ワイヤスト ランドの径が、少なくとも0.05mmであることを特徴とする、請求項6また は7記載のプレスパッド。 9.金属ワイヤが、少なくとも7本のワイヤストランドから製造されたストラ ンド状ワイヤを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載のプレス パッド。 10.シリコーン被覆された金属ワイヤの外面が、編組状ステンレススチール ワイヤによって被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項6〜9のいずれかに記 載のプレスパッド。 11.シリコーンエラストマーを含む縦糸(B)または横糸(A)と異なる他 方の縦糸(B)または横糸(A)が、銅合金のストランドを含むことを特徴とす る、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のプレスパッド。 12.銅合金が銅とカドミウム、ジルコニウムおよび鉄のうちの少なくとも1 つとの合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11記載のプレスパッド。 13.横糸(A)が、シリコーンエラストマーを含むストランドを含み、縦糸 (B)が、ステンレススチールワイヤ、銅ワイヤ、銅合金ワイヤ、芳香族ポリア ミドヤーンで包まれた銅ワイヤ、芳香族ポリアミドヤーンで包まれたステンレス スチールワイヤ、芳香族ポリアミドヤーンおよびポリエステルヤーンのうちの少 なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のプレス パッド。 14.横糸(A)が、シリコーン被覆された銅ワイヤを含むことを特徴とする 、請求項13記載のプレスパッド。
