Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.加速度を検出するためのマイクロメカニクスセンサユニットであって、 スパイラル・スプリング(B)及び振動質量(P)を有する少なくとも1つの 振り子(P/B)と、 各振り子(P/B)のための支持部(E)と、 少なくとも2つの位置センサ(S)とを有するマイクロメカニクスセンサユニ ットにおいて、 各位置センサ(S)及びこれに対応配置された振り子(P/B)は、決まった トリガ閾値を有するスイッチを形成し、 少なくとも2つのスイッチが同じ加速度方向に応答し、 少なくとも1つのスイッチは、センサ信号の別個のタップを有するセーフィン グ・センサ(SS)であることを特徴とするマイクロメカニクスセンサユニット 。 2.評価回路(μP)によって処理された他のスイッチのセンサ信号は点弧回 路(ZK)に供給され、 セーフィング・センサ(SS)のセンサ信号は別個に前記点弧回路(ZK)に 供給されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のマイクロメカニクスセンサユニット 。 3.センサユニット、評価ユニット(μP)そして 点弧回路(ZK)は、共に1つの半導体チップ上にハイブリッド方式又は集積化 方式で配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のマイクロメカニクスセンサユ ニット。
