Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の工程: BF3助触媒錯体の存在下で1種以上のオレフィンをオリゴマー化する工程; 及び 蒸発したBF3助触媒錯体を分離しながらオリゴマー生成物を蒸留する工程、 を含んでなるオレフィンオリゴマー生成物から触媒を除去する方法であって、B F3助触媒錯体の分離と同時に、蒸発した未反応モノマーを残油から分離するこ とを含み、残油に実質的にBF3助触媒錯体が存在しなくなることを特徴とする 方法。 2.前記残油が更にモノマーを含まないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法 。 3.蒸留物を凝縮させる工程、次いで凝縮したBF3助触媒錯体を凝縮したモ ノマーから単離する工程を特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1項記載の方法 。 4.凝縮したBF3助触媒錯体が重力分離又は遠心分離により単離されること を特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。 5.前記凝縮工程時に、濃縮しえなかったBF3ガスを真空システム内で捕集 し、捕集したBF3と助触媒とを反応させてBF3助触媒錯体を形成させることを 特徴とする請求項3又は4のいずれか1項記載の方法。 6.前記単離工程及び/又は捕集したBF3と助触媒との前記反応から得られ たBF3助触媒錯体を再循環させる工程、及び/又は単離したモノマーをオリゴ マー化工程に戻す工程を特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。 7.蒸留された生成物を濃縮する工程、次いで濃縮した混合物をオリ ゴマー化工程に戻す工程を特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1項記載の方法 。 8.オリゴマー化するオレフィンが直鎖又は枝分かれ鎖のC4〜C20オレフィ ン、好ましくはC6〜C12オレフィン−1、特に1−デセンであることを特徴と する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。 9.助触媒がC1〜C15アルコール若しくはポリオール又はC1〜C7カルボン 酸、好ましくはC1〜C10アルコール、特にn−ブタノールであることを特徴と する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の方法。 10.前記蒸留工程が、塔頂部と底部とを有する蒸留カラム内で好ましくは減 圧下低温で行われ、塔頂部と底部との間でオリゴマー化生成物が送られることを 特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の方法。 11.圧力が30mbar未満、好ましくは15mbar未満であることを特 徴とする請求項10記載の方法。 12.前記加圧力下において、前記蒸留カラムの塔頂部における温度が未反応 モノマー及び助触媒錯体の沸点よりも高く、且つ、前記助触媒錯体の分解温度よ りも低いことを特徴とする請求項10又は11のいずれか1項記載の方法。 13.約10mbarの圧力において、前記蒸留カラムの塔頂部における温度 が70℃未満、好ましくは45〜50℃であることを特徴とする請求項12記載 の方法。 14.前記送りよりも低い位置ではあるが、前記カラムの底部よりも高い位置 にある蒸留カラムの部分における温度が、未反応モノマー及び助触媒錯体の沸点 よりも高く、且つ、オリゴマー化工程から生じたダイマー留分の沸点よりも低い ことを特徴とする請求項10〜13のいずれか1項記載の方法。 15.約15mbarの圧力下において、蒸留カラムの前記部分の温度が80 ℃以下、好ましくは70〜80℃である請求項14記載の方法。 16.残留未反応モノマー及びBF3助触媒錯体を任意に蒸発させるために、 カラム底部にある残油を加熱する工程を特徴とする請求項10〜15のいずれか 1項記載の方法。 17.約15mbarの圧力下において、カラム底部の温度が130〜150 ℃であることを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。 18.前記加熱工程が、蒸留カラムから生じた残油の少なくとも1種の蒸発部 分をカラム底部に導入することを含むことを特徴とする請求項16又は17のい ずれか1項記載の方法。 19.蒸留カラムの残油を再沸器内で加熱する工程、加熱した残油から蒸発し たダイマーを分離する工程、次いで前記蒸発したダイマーを蒸留カラムの底部に 再循環させる工程を特徴とする請求項10〜18のいずれか1項記載の方法。 20.加熱した残油をポンプ輸送し、蒸発したダイマーを分離する工程、次い で前記ポンプ輸送した残油の蒸発部分を蒸留カラムの底部に再循環させる工程を 特徴とする請求項19記載の方法。 21.前記蒸留カラムの塔頂部において、蒸留物が実質的にダイマーを含まな いことを特徴とする請求項10〜20のいずれか1項記載の方法。
