Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液圧駆動体が、液圧シリンダ(33)内に軸支された駆動ピストン(34 )を備え、該液圧シリンダが、流路(31)を介してスプール弁と連通し、該ス プール弁のスプール(38)が、該流路が液圧油の高圧源(29)と連通する一 つの位置と、流路が低圧ポート(30)に接続されるもう一つの位置を占めるこ とが出来、スプール及び位置決め手段内の可動部品(56)に対する所望の位置 を設定する制御装置(16)により作動される電動位置決め手段(23)によっ て、スプールが位置決め可能である、内燃機関の燃料ポンプ(18)又は排気弁 (12)の駆動体のような液圧装置を制御するスプール弁(22)にして、 前記位置決め手段が、スプールの長手方向に長方形のスリット内の磁界中に配 置された巻線(57)を有する可動部分と、該可動部分の実際の位置の信号を制 御装置(16)に送るセンサ(66)と、を備え、 前記可動部分が、巻線(57)内を流れる電流の方向及び強さに依存してスリ ットの長手方向に変位可能であり、 前記可動部分及び前記スプール(38)が、スプールが可動部分(56)の動 きに従動し得るように互いに関係付けられ、 前記制御装置(16)が、可動部分の実際の位置が所望の位置と異なるとき、 巻線に電流を流すようにしたことを特徴とするスプール弁(22)。 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載のスプール弁にして、 前記スリット(60)の側壁が、環状磁石(61)及び鉄系の材料(62)に よりそれぞれ境界が画成されることを特徴とするスプール弁。 3.請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載のスプール弁にして、 前記可動部分(56)が、前記スプールと同軸状に伸長し且つその上に前記可 動部分が堅固に取り付けられたロッド(65)を介して、前記スプールと制御可 能に接続されることを特徴とするスプール弁。 4.請求の範囲第3項に記載のスプール弁にして、 前記ロッド(65)が、小型のパイロット・スプール(49)を備え、前記ス プールが該パイロット・スプールの動きに従動し得るようにしたことを特徴とす るスプール弁。 5.請求の範囲第4項に記載のスプール弁にして、 前記パイロット・スプール(49)が、前記スプールと好ましくは同軸状に該 スプール内に配置され、その周縁面に形成された二つの周溝(50、51)と、 該周溝の間に配置されたフランジ(53)とを備え、 パイロット・スプールの前記二つの溝が、それぞれ、高圧源(29)及び低圧 ポート(30)に連通し、 前記スプールが、その第一の端部に前記高圧源と連通する、軸方向に伸長する 穴(43)を有し、 スプール・ハウジングにより支承されたピストン(42)が緊密に嵌合する状 態にて前記穴(43)内に配置され、 前記スプールが、その第二の端部に軸方向に伸長する穴(46)を有し、スプ ール・ハウジングにより支持されたピストン(45)が緊密に嵌合する状態で前 記穴(46)内に変位可能に挿入され、 前記スプールの第二の端部に形成された前記穴が、パイロット・スプールまで 伸長する導管(47)であって、パイロット・スプールのフランジにより塞ぐこ との出来る開口を有する前記導管を備え、スプールの第二の端部に形成された前 記穴(46)が、スプールの第一の端部に形成された穴(43)よりも大きい断 面を有することを特徴とするスプール弁。 6.シリンダ部材の液圧駆動体が液圧シリンダ(33)内に軸支された駆動ピ ストン(34)を備え、該液圧シリンダが流路(31)を通じてスプール弁と連 通し、該スプール弁のスプール(38)が、該流路が液圧油の高圧源(29)と 連通する一つの位置と、流路が低圧ポート(30)と連通するもう一つの位置と を占めることが出来、エンジンサイクル中、シリンダ部材を作動させる方法を判 断し、それに基づいてスプールの所望の位置及び位置決め手段内の可動部分の所 望の位置を判断する、エンジン制御コンピュータ(16)により電気で作動され る位置決め手段(23)により前記スプールが調節可能である、大型の2ストロ ーク内燃機関にして、 前記位置決め手段が、前記スプールの限界位置の間の距離に対応する距離に亙 っ て該スプールの長手方向に変位可能である、巻線を有する可動部分(56)を備 えるリニア・モータであることを特徴とする大型の2ストローク内燃機関。 7.請求の範囲第6項に記載の内燃機関にして、 前記スプール弁が請求の範囲第1項乃至第5項の何れかの項に記載したような 設計とされること特徴とする内燃機関。 8.請求の範囲第4項又は第5項に記載のスプール弁を備える、請求の範囲第 7項に記載の内燃機関にして、エンジンの電子制御装置が故障したとき、エンジ ンのクランクシャフトと同期化状に回転する制御カムの動きに従動するロッド( 67)を介してパイロット・スプールが作動可能であることを特徴とする内燃機 関。
