Description
Claims (3)
- 各々少なくとも1つの排気弁を備える複数のシリンダと、
前記複数のシリンダの各々の前記少なくとも1つの排気弁を作動するための複数のカムを有する少なくとも1つのカムシャフトと、
前記カムシャフト上の各カムによってそれぞれ駆動される複数の油圧ピストンポンプと、
前記排気弁の各々に備えられる、該排気弁を開放方向に移動するための油圧アクチュエータと、
前記排気弁の各々に備えられる、前記油圧ピストンポンプを前記油圧アクチュエータと接続するための油圧管と、
前記排気弁の各々に備えられる、該排気弁を閉鎖位置に付勢するための弾性部材と、
を備える、クロスヘッド型大型2サイクルディーゼルエンジンであって、
前記油圧管は、油圧作動油を前記油圧管から選択的に吸い込み、または油圧作動油を前記油圧管に選択的に戻す、油圧作動油の油量調節部を有する油量制御装置に接続され、
前記油量制御装置は、前記油圧管に接続される油量制御チャンバを画定する制御ピストンを備え、
前記制御ピストンは弾性的に付勢され、
前記制御ピストンは、前記油量制御チャンバに対向する第1の制御チャンバと、前記油量制御チャンバに対向する第2の制御チャンバとを画定し、
前記第2の制御チャンバは、第1の油圧アキュムレータに接続され、
前記第1の制御チャンバは、油圧弁が第1状態にあるとき、該油圧弁を介して前記第2の制御チャンバに接続され、
前記第1の制御チャンバは、前記油圧弁が第2状態にあるとき、該油圧弁を介して第2の油圧アキュムレータに接続される、
クロスヘッド型大型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン。 - 前記油圧弁が前記第1状態にあり、前記油圧管の圧力が、前記排気弁の開放に必要な圧力よりも低い値である既定値を上回る場合、ならびに制御装置全体が、前記排気弁の開放を遅延させる状態にある場合、前記油量制御装置は、油圧作動油の既定油量を前記油圧管から吸い込むように構成される、請求項1に記載のクロスヘッド型大型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン。
- 前記油圧弁が前記第2状態にあり、前記油圧管の圧力が、前記開放位置に前記排気弁を維持する必要な圧力に等しくなり、前記排気弁の閉鎖を進行させる場合、前記油量制御装置は、油圧作動油の既定油量を前記油圧管から吸い込むように構成される、請求項1または2に記載のクロスヘッド型大型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン。
