Claims (10)
- 각각 적어도 한 개의 배기밸브를 가진 복수개의 실린더들,각 실린더와 관련된 적어도 한 개의 배기밸브의 작동을 위한 캠들을 구비한 적어도 한 개의 캠 샤프트,상기 캠 샤프트 상의 각 캠에 의해 구동되는 유압 피스톤 펌프들,배기밸브당 배치되며 상기 배기밸브를 열림 방향으로 움직이기 위한 유압 액츄에이터,배기밸브당 배치되며 유압 피스톤 펌프들과 유압 액츄에이터들을 연결하기 위한 유압도관 및배기밸브당 배치되며 배기밸브를 닫힘 방향으로 움직이게 하기 위한 탄성부재를 구비하며,상기 유압도관은, 유압도관으로부터 유압 유체를 선택적으로 흡수하거나 유압도관으로 유압 유체를 선택적으로 되돌리는 가변 볼륨의 유압 유체를 포함하는 체적제어장치에 연결된, 크로스헤드 타입의 대형 2행정 디젤엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 체적제어장치는 유압도관에 연결된 체적제어챔버를 형성하는 제어 피스톤을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제어 피스톤은 탄성적으로 바이어싱되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제어피스톤은 체적제어챔버에 대비되는 제1제어챔버를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제어피스톤은 체적제어챔버에 대비되는 제2제어챔버를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1제어챔버는 유압 밸브를 통해 상기 제2제어챔버에 연결될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제6항에 있어서,제2제어챔버는 제1유압 축적기(accumulator)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1유압제어챔버는 유압 밸브를 통해 제2유압 축적기(hydraulic accumulator)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 체적제어장치는 상기 유압 도관 내의 압력이 배기밸브를 열기 위해 필요한 압력보다 낮은 사전설정값을 초과할 때 상기 유압 도관으로부터 사전설정된 체적의 유압 유체를 흡수하도록 구성되며, 제어장치 내의 완충(full)은 배기 밸브의 열림을 지연시키는 상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 체적제어장치는 상기 유압 도관 내의 압력이 배기밸브의 닫힘을 앞당기기 위해 배기밸브를 열린 상태로 유지하기 위해 필요한 압력에 대응할 때 상기 유압 도관으로부터 사전설정된 체적의 유압 유체를 흡수하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
