Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1以上の第一潜在的反応性基及び1以上の第二潜在的反応性基が付着され た化学的骨格を含んで成る制限された多機能性試薬であって、その第一及び第二 潜在的反応性基のそれぞれが、支持体表面の存在中その潜在的反応性基の活性化 の間に、 a)上記の第一潜在的反応性基がその支持体表面に共有結合により結合するこ とができ、そして b)その表面への第一潜在的反応性基の結合の間に、上記の第二潜在的反応性 基が; i)スペーサー又は上記支持体表面のいずれかとの反応から制限され、 ii)それらの不活性状態に復帰することができ、そして iii)それらの不活性状態に復帰する間に、その後に、標的分子にその後に 結合するために再活性化され、それによりその標的分子をその表面に付着させる ことができる、 ようなやり方でその骨格に付着されることを特徴とする試薬。 2.化学的骨格が単一の四面体炭素原子である、請求項1に記載の試薬。 3.4つの同一の潜在的反応性基がそれぞれ、同一のスペーサー鎖を介して炭 素原子に付着されている、請求項2に記載の試薬。 4.潜在的反応性基が光反応性基である、請求項3に記載の試薬。 5.標的分子を表面に付着させる方法であって、以下の段階: A.1以上の第一潜在的反応性基及び1以上の第二潜在的反応性基が付着され た化学的骨格を含んで成る多機能性試薬であって、その第一及び第二潜在的反応 性基のそれぞれが、支持体表面の存在中そ の潜在的反応性基の活性化の間に、 (1)上記の第一潜在的反応性基がその支持体表面に共有結合により結合する ことができ、そして (2)その表面への第一潜在的反応性基の結合の間に、上記の第二潜在的反応 性基が; a.スペーサー又は上記支持体表面のいずれかとの反応から立体的に制限さ れ、 b.それらの不活性状態に復帰することができ、そして c.それらの不活性状態に復帰する間に、その標的分子をその表面に付着さ せることができるように標的分子にその後に結合するために再活性化されること ができる、 ようなやり方でその骨格に付着されることを特徴とする試薬を容易し、 B.その表面に第一潜在的反応性基を結合させるために、その支持体表面の存 在中、その第一潜在的反応性基を活性化させ、そして C.その標的分子にその第二潜在的反応性基を結合させ、それによりその標的 分子をその表面に付着させるために、その標的分子の存在中、その第二潜在的反 応性基を活性化させる、 を含んで成る方法。 6.化学的骨格が単一の四面体炭素原子である、請求項5に記載の方法。 7.4つの同一の潜在的反応性基がそれぞれ、同一のスペーサー鎖を介して炭 素原子に付着されている、請求項6に記載の方法。 8.潜在的反応性基が光反応性基である、請求項7に記載の方法。 9.標的分子がその試薬と一緒に、表面及びその標的分子へのその試薬の同時 付着を提供する、請求項5に記載の方法。 10.表面への標的分子の付着に有用な下塗り表面を提供する方法であって、 以下の段階: A.1以上の第一潜在的反応性基及び1以上の第二潜在的反応性基が付着され た化学的骨格を含んで成る多機能性試薬であって、その第一及び第二潜在的反応 性基のそれぞれが、支持体表面の存在中その潜在的反応性基の活性化の間に、 (1)上記の第一潜在的反応性基がその支持体表面に共有結合により結合する ことができ、そして (2)その表面への第一潜在的反応性基の結合の間に、上記の第二潜在的反応 性基が; a.スペーサー又は上記支持体表面のいずれかとの反応から立体的に制限さ れ、 b.それらの不活性状態に復帰することができ、そして c.それらの不活性状態に復帰する間に、その標的分子をその表面に付着さ せることができるように標的分子にその後に結合するために再活性化されること ができる、 ようなやり方でその骨格に付着されることを特徴とする試薬を容易し、そして B.その表面に第一潜在的反応性基を結合させ、それによりその標的分子のそ の後の付着に有用な下塗り表面を提供するために、その支持体表面の存在中その 第一潜在的反応性基を活性化させる、 を含んで成る方法。 11.1以上の第一潜在的反応性基及び1以上の第二潜在的反応性基が付着さ れた多機能性試薬を担持する支持体表面であって、その試薬の第一潜在的反応性 基が先に活性化され、そしてその表面に結合さてており、そしてその第二潜在的 反応性基が非結合であり、そしてその表面に標的分子を付着させるために活性化 されることがで きるような支持体表面。
