以下、本発明について詳細に説明する。
本願発明者等は、自然界から単離、精製して得られる種々のオリゴ糖をそのまま用いて一段階で蛋白質分析用の支持体表面にオリゴ糖鎖を簡便に固定化することができると共に、蛋白質分析用の支持体を用いて分析する蛋白質との疎水性相互作用に基づく非特異的な相互作用による影響が低減され、種々の蛋白質との結合相互作用を連続的かつ定量的に評価できる蛋白質分析用の支持体を得るべく、表面プラズモン共鳴(SPR)法を用いて、構造が明確な硫酸化オリゴ糖を上記SPRのセンサチップに効率よく固定化し、種々の蛋白質との結合相互作用を連続的かつ定量的に評価できるシステムの開発を行った。
(GlcNS6S−IdoA2S)を有するリガンドについて以下に説明する。

図9(a)は、ストレプトアビジンを固定化したSPRのセンサチップを示す。上記vWFペプチドとの結合定数の測定に際しては、図9(a)に示すセンサチップに、濃度を変えてオリゴ糖鎖リガンドを含むPBS溶液を注入して図9(b)に示すように該オリゴ糖鎖リガンド固定化させ、次いで、図9(c)に示すようにさらに濃度を変えてvWFペプチドを注入した。このようにして得られたセンサグラムの一例を図10に示す。
