Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.出口と該出口の上流に配置されて該出口に開口する流路とを備えた高圧洗 浄装置のフラットジェットノズルにおいて、 流路(3)及び出口(6)は、流れ方向を横断する円形断面を有して相互に同 心に配置され、 流路(3)は、流れ方向へ円錐状に縮径されて、出口(6)の前方上流に位置 する円筒状部分(5)に遷移し、該部分の端部が該出口(6)を形成し、 流路(3)の円錐状部分(4)が円筒状部分(5)に遷移する領域には、流路 (3)の径方向対向側面に流路(3)の複数のポケット状延長部(10)が配置 され、それら延長部は、相互に対称に配置、形成され、円筒状部分(5)の全径 を本質的に超えて延びるとともに、円錐状部分(4)を流通する液体の一部を円 筒状部分(5)に本質的横断方向へ誘導する偏向面(11)を備えること、 を特徴とするフラットジェットノズル。 2.円錐状縮径部分(4)の開放角度(α)が10°と90°との間にあるこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフラットジェットノズル。 3.円錐状縮径部分(4)の開放角度(α)が30°と50°との間にあるこ とを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフラットジェットノズル。 4.偏向面(11)が球の部分面であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいず れか1項に記載のフラットジェットノズル。 5.球状偏向面(11)が、流路(3)の長手方向に平行に延びる円筒又は切 頭円錐の部分面に隣接することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフラットジェット ノズル。 6.部分球状偏向面(11)の中心点間の距離(a)と出口(6)の直径(e )との比が0.04と3との間にあることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の フラットジェットノズル。 7.部分球状偏向面(11)の中心点間の距離(a)と出口(6)の直径(e )との比が0.04と1.5との間にあることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフ ラットジェットノズル。 8.部分球状偏向面(11)の直径(b)と出口(6)の直径(e)との比が 1と2との間にあることを特徴とする請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載のフラ ットジェットノズル。 9.部分球状偏向面(11)の直径(b)と出口(6)の直径(e)との比が 1.1と1.6との間にあることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のフラットジェッ トノズル。 10.偏向面(11)の最下点の連接部と流路(3)の円筒状部分(5)の端 部との間の円筒状部分(5)の長さ(c)が、出口(6)の直径(e)の5%と 30%との間にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のフラ ットジェットノズル。 11.円筒状部分(5)への遷移領域までの流路(3)の円錐状縮径部分(4 )の長さ(y)が、出口(6)の直径(e)の5〜20倍に相当することを特徴 とする請求項1−10のいずれか1項に記載のフラットジェットノズル。 12.円筒状部分(5)の長さ(d)が出口(6)の直径(e)の0.1−1 .0倍に相当することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のフラ ットジェットノズル。 13.出口(6)が、該出口(6)の下流に離間して配置される保護環(9) によって包囲されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のフ ラットジェットノズル。 14.保護環(9)の内径(f)が出口(6)の直径(e)の1 .5〜10倍に相当することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のフラットジェット ノズル。 15.流れ方向への保護環(9)の長さ(g)が出口(6)の直径(e)の0 .2〜5倍に相当することを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載のフラットジ ェットノズル。
