Description
Claims (7)
- 1.1つの側面からもう1つの側面までの連続した気孔を有する多孔質フルオロ 高分子膜を含む透水性の親水性膜であって、膜の内部を、フルオロ脂肪族界面活 性剤と親水性で実質的に水不溶性のポリウレタンの混合物でコーティングした膜 。
- 2.膜が液体水に抵抗性であるが水蒸気透過性である請求の範囲第1項に記載の 親水性膜。
- 3.膜が延伸多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレンである請求の範囲第2項に記載 の親水性膜。
- 4.フルオロ脂肪族界面活性剤が式H2C(CF2)mの末端基を有し、ここで mは3〜8の整数であり、水に30ダイン/cm未満の表面張力を付与し、アル コール、エステル、有機酸、または有機塩である請求の範囲第1、2、又は3項 に記載の親水性膜。
- 5.親水性ポリウレタンがジシイシアネート、主にオキシエチレン基を有するポ リ(オキシアルキレン)グリコール、及び随意の選択により含める連鎖延長剤の 反応生成物である請求の範囲第1、2、又は3項に記載の親水性膜。
- 6.親水性ポリウレタンがジシイシアネート、主にオキシエチレン基を有するポ リ(オキシアルキレン)グリコール、及び随意の選択により含める連鎖延長剤の 反応生成物である請求の範囲第4項に記載の親水性膜。
- 7.1つの側面からもう1つの側面まで連続した気孔を有する親水性フルオロ高 分子膜を、有機溶媒中のフルオロ脂肪族界面活性剤と親水性で実質的に水不溶性 のポリウレタンの溶液に接触させ、次いで得られた膜を乾燥して溶媒を除去する 過程を含んでなる親水性膜の製造方法。
