Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a) 多孔性材料、および (b) (i) ポリイソシアネートと (ii) 多価アルコールと (iii)式、 20であり、R1はH、1〜4個の炭素原子を有するアルキル、または―(CH2)x―OHで ある。)のペルフルオロアルキルアルコールとを含み、(i)または(ii)の少 なくとも1つが2を超える官能価を有する、前記材料に塗布される硬化性コーテ ィング組成物を含む被覆された多孔性材料。 11. 多孔性材料が約0.1〜約250μmの孔隙径を有する請求項10に記載の被覆 された材料。 12. 多孔性材料がポリオレフィン、ポリウレタン、およびポリテトラフルオ ロエチレンからなる群より選択される請求項10に記載の被覆された材料。 13. ポリオレフィンがポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンまたはポリプロピレン -ポリエチレンコポリマーである請求項12に記載の被覆された材料。 14. ポリオレフィンが希釈剤に配合される請求項12に記載の被覆された材料 。 15. ポリオレフィン配合物が鉱油、ジベンジルエーテル、ジブチルフタレー ト、ジオクチルフタレートまたはミネラルスピリットに配合されたポリプロピレ ンと、キシレン、デカリン、デカン酸、オレイン酸、デシルアルコール、ジエチ ルフタレート、ジオクチルフタレート、鉱油またはミネラルスピリットに配合さ れたポリエチレンと、鉱油またはミネラルスピリットに配合されたポリプロピレ ン-ポリエチレンコポリマーからなる群より選択される請求項14に記載の被覆さ れた材料。 16. 多孔性材料が界面活性剤でプレコートされる請求項10に記載の被覆され た材料。 17. 界面活性剤が、ポリエチレングリコールモノステアレートおよびスルホ コハク酸ジオクチルナトリウムからなる群より選択される請求項16に記載の被覆 された材料。 18. 硬化性コーティング組成物が、 (i) 2または3官能性イソ シアネート、またはそれらの混合物と、 (ii) 2〜8個の炭素原子を有する多価アルコールと、 エチル、またはCH2OHであるペルフルオロアルキルアルコールと、 を含む請求項10に記載の組成物。 19. 硬化性コーティング組成物が、界面活性剤をさらに含む請求項10に記載 の被覆された材料。 20. (a) 多孔性ポリマー材料、および (b) (i) ポリイソシアネートと、 (ii) 多価アルコールと、 (iii) 式、 20であり、R1はH、1〜4個の炭素原子を有するアルキルおよび―(CH2)x―OHから なる群より選択される。)のペルフルオロアルキルアルコールと を含む硬化性組成物から誘導される架橋ポリウレタンを含み、(i)または(ii )の少なくとも1成分が2を超える官能価を有する被覆された多孔性材料。
