Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一部が軸受カバー(18)にあり、一部が部品(11)にある分割された少 なくとも一つの転動体用軸受面(20)を有する部品(11)を製作するための 方法において、先ず最初に、少なくとも0.5重量%の炭素を含む材料から成形 品を作り、この成形品から軸受カバー(18)を破断分離によって分離し、そし て部品の少なくとも軸受面(20)の範囲に、周辺層硬化によって少なくとも5 5HRCの硬度が与えられることを特徴とする方法。 2.成形品が粉末冶金法によって作られることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項の 方法。 3.周辺層硬化が、軸受カバー(18)を残りの部分(13)から破断分離する 前に行われることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項の方法。 4.周辺層硬化が、軸受カバー(18)を残りの部分(13)から破断分離した 後で行われることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項の方法。 5.軸受面(20)が機械的な超仕上げ加工によって、正確な寸法を生じるよう に加工されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれか一つの方法。 6.軸受カバー(18)が破断分離後、残りの部分(13)に取り外し可能に連 結され、機械加工およびまたは周辺層硬化が組み立てられた状態で行われること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれカーつの方法。 7.軸受カバー(18)と残りの部分(13)の間の分離個所(16)の範囲に 、少なくとも一つの裂け目(17,24)が設けられ、破断分離後、裂け目(1 7,24)が機械加工によってほぼ完全に除去され、続いて周辺層硬化および軸 受面(20)の機械的な超仕上げ加工が行われることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1〜6項のいずれか一つの方法。 8.軸受カバー(18)と残りの部分(13)の間の分離個所(16)の範囲に 、少なくとも一つの裂け目(17,24)が設けられ、この裂け目の深さが周辺 層加工によって得られた硬化深さよりも深く、機械加工の際およびまたは軸受面 (20)の機械的な超仕上げ加工の際に、裂け目(17,24)がほぼ完全に除 去されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれか一つの方法。 9.成形品が0.5〜1重量%の炭素を含む焼結材料で作られることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1〜8項のいずれか一つの方法。 10.成形品が0.7重量%の炭素を含む焼結材料で作られることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1〜9項のいずれか一つの方法。 11.成形品が焼結鍛造によって作られ、鍛造の前に裂け目(24)が作られ、 かつ保護層が裂け目に付与され、鍛造の際に裂け目がほぼ完全に閉鎖されること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜10項のいずれか一つの方法。 12.周辺層硬化が高周波焼き入れによって行われることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1〜11項のいずれか一つの方法。 13.部品(11)として、分割された連接棒ヘッド(15)を存する連接棒が 製作されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜12項のいずれか一つの方法。 14.少なくとも0.5重量%の炭素を含む材料からなり、一部が軸受カバー( 18)にあり、一部が部分(13)にある分割された少なくとも一つの転勤体用 軸受面(20)を有し、少なくとも軸受面(20)の範囲に少なくとも55HR Cの硬化された周辺層(22)を備え、軸受カバー(18)と残りの部分(13 )との間の分離個所(16)に、破断分離によって生じた分離面(19)を備え ている部品。 15.材料が0.5〜1重量%の炭素を含んでいることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第14項の部品。 16.材料が0.7重量%の炭素を含んでいることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 4項または第15項の部品。 17.材料として焼結材料が使用されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第14〜1 6項のいずれか一つの部品。 18.部品(11)が分割された連接棒ヘッド(15)を有する連接棒として形 成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第14〜17項のいずれか一つの部品 。
