Abstract

Forgeage de surfaces évidées dans un organe. Le procédé comprend l'addition d'un matériau lubrifiant à au moins une préforme secondaire 12 ou primaire 14, le lubrifiant étant suffisant pour éviter le soudage des préformes pendant l'opération de forgeage. En outre, le procédé prévoit la jonction de la préforme secondaire à la préforme primaire, puis le forgeage des préformes ainsi jointes de façon que la préforme primaire soit déformée sur la préforme secondaire de sorte que dans la préforme primaire forgée se trouve constitué un évidement généralement complémentaire à au moins une partie de la préforme secondaire. Il est prévu que les préformes primaire et secondaire soient refroidies à l'issue du forgeage. Ensuite, le procédé prévoit l'extraction de la préforme secondaire refroidie de la préforme primaire.
