Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.取り付け状態においてブレーキディスク(10)の軸心方向の側方に配置さ れたハウジング(30)と、ブレーキディスク(10)の軸心(A)に平行なね じ軸心(C;C′,C′′)を中心として回転できるようハウジング(30)内 で支持された第1のねじ体(58)と、 回転しないように保持され、かつ、調整ねじ対(68)により前記第1のねじ体 (58)に結合させられて、長さ調節可能でブレーキパッド(22)に操作力を 及ぼすタペツトを前記第1のねじ体(58)と一緒になって形成する第2のねじ 体(66)と、操作部材(38)によって前記タペットを軸方向に移動させるた めに自らの回転軸心(B)の回りに回転できる回転体(42)と、 前記回転体(42)・前記第1のねじ体(58)間に配設され、制限されたトル クを前記ブレーキパッドを調整するために伝達するクラッチ構成部(90)を具 備した伝動装置と を有する、特にトラックおよびバスのためのディスクブレーキ自動調整式操作装 置において、前記回転体(42)の前記回転軸心(B)がブレーキディスク(1 0)に対して平行に、又は少なくともほぼ平行に配置されており、 斜め伝動を行う部分を回転体(42)と第1のねじ体(58)との間の伝動装置 が有する ことを特徴とする、特にトラックおよびバスのためのディスクブレーキ自動調整 式操作装置。 2.前記回転体(42)が、前記ブレーキディスク(10)の前記軸心(A)を 包含する対称面(E)に関し対称、又は少なくともほぼ対称であることを特徴と する請求項1に記載の特にトラックおよびバスのためのディスクブレーキ自動調 整式操作装置。 3.前記回転体(42)が、前記対称面(E)の両側で各々一つのジャーナル( 46)によってハウジング(30)のふた(32)に支持されていることを特徴 とする請求項2に記載の特にトラックおよびバスのためのディスクブレーキ自動 調整式操作装置。 4.前記回転体(42)が空所(70)を有し、この空所(70)に、前記第2 のねじ体(66)の、前記ブレーキディスク(22)とは反対側の端部が突き出 ていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の特にトラックおよびバスのた めのディスクブレーキ自動調整式操作装置。 5.前記回転体(42)が、前記対称面(E)の両側に各々一つの偏心輪(44 )を有することを特徴とする請求項2ないし4のいずれかに記載の特にトラック およびバスのためのディスクブレーキ自動調整式操作装置。 6.対応するねじ体(58)に動力を伝達するためのローラ体(54;134) が各々の前記偏心輪(44)に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載 の特にトラックおよびバスのためのディスクブレーキ自動調整式操作装置。 7.前記回転体(42)の回転によって軸方向に移動でき、第1のねじ体(58 )と第2のねじ体(66)とを有し、前記ブレーキパッド(22)に前記両ねじ 体共同の操作力を及ぼす調整可能なタペットが、前記対称面(E)の両側に一つ ずつ配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2ないし6のいずれかに記載の特に トラックおよびバスのためのディスクブレーキ自動調整式操作装置。 8.前記クラッチ構成部(90)と、タペットの若しくは各タペットの前記第2 のねじ体(66)との間の伝動装置が、前記クラッチ構成部(90)と前記第2 のねじ体(58)とにおいて歯(114,118)を有することを特徴とする請 求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の特にトラックおよびバスのためのディスクブ レーキ自動調整式操作装置。 9.二つのタペットの調整ねじ対(68)のピッチとねじ巻き方向とが互いに同 じであり、二つのタペット(58,66)の二つの第2のねじ体(58)が中間 歯車(116)によって互いに同期して回転するように結合されていることを特 徴とする、請求項8と組み合わせた請求項7に記載の特にトラックおよびバスの ためのディスクブレーキ自動調整式操作装置。 10.前記回転体(42)と前記クラッチ構成部(90)との互いにかみ合うか さ歯車(76,78)によって斜め伝動が形成されていることを特徴とする請求 項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の特にトラックおよびバスのためのディスクブレ ーキ自動調整式操作装置。
