Claims (9)
- 1.90%以上のエナンチオ純度を有する(S)−α−フェニル−2−ピリジン エタナミンおよびその医薬上許容しうる誘導体。
- 2.99%以上のエナンチオ純度を有する(S)−α−フェニル−2−ピリジン エタナミンおよびその医薬上許容しうる誘導体。
- 3.(S)−α−フェニル−2−ピリジンエタナミンおよびその医薬上許容しう る誘導体。
- 4.請求項1〜3に定義する(S)−α−フェニル−2−ピリジンエタナミンあ るいはその医薬上許容しうる誘導体を医薬上許容しうる佐薬、希釈剤あるいは担 体と一緒に含有する製剤。
- 5.請求項1〜3に定義する(S)−α−フェニル−2−ピリジンエタナミンあ るいはその医薬上許容しうる誘導体の医薬としての使用。
- 6.請求項1〜3に定義する(S)−α−フェニル−2−ピリジンエタナミンあ るいはその医薬上許容しうる誘導体の神経変性疾患治療用薬剤の製造への有効成 分としての使用。
- 7.請求項1〜3に定義する(S)−α−フェニル−2−ピリジンエタナミンあ るいはその医薬上許容しうる誘導体の治療有効量を患者に投与することからなる 、神経変性疾患を治療する方法。
- 8.投与する化合物の用量が所望化合物の血漿濃度にリニアに比例する請求項7 記載の治療方法。
- 9.α−フェニル−2−ピリジンエタナミンとキラル酸との間に形成されるジア ステレオマー塩の選択的沈殿からなる請求項1〜3において定験される(S)− α−フェニル−2−ピリジンエタナミンあるいはその医薬上許容しうる誘導体の 製造方法。
