又は凸部を設け、口部に口栓を挿嵌し、加熱して内向き
に加圧し、或いは合成樹脂製口栓上部に同様の断面形状
の凹部又は凸部を設け、熱軟化状態の合成樹脂製輸液容
器の口部に挿嵌して内向きに加圧し、口部の熱によって
熔着一体化する。
Description
に合成樹脂製口栓と使用時漏液防止用ゴム栓とを加熱熔
着して一体化した口部閉塞部材において、熔着一体化に
要する時間を短縮化した輸液容器密封用口栓に関するも
のである。
口部の熱によって合成樹脂製口栓と使用時漏液防止用ゴ
ム栓を一体化し、特に加熱することなく、口部を熔着閉
塞できる輸液容器密封用口栓に関するものである。
材には本件発明者の発明に係る特公平3−28944号
公報があるが、輸液用合成樹脂製容器の口部と密封用合
成樹脂製口栓との上部が平坦になっていた。
用合成樹脂製口栓との上部に口部成形用金属製キャップ
を被せ、熔着用ヒーターで金属製キャップを押圧して熱
熔着していた。
容器の口部閉塞部材は輸液用合成樹脂製容器の口部と密
封用合成樹脂製口栓との上部が平坦、即ち合成樹脂内部
が中実になっていたため、熱伝導効率が悪く、従来方法
で熔着閉塞するには熔着一体化に要する時間が長くかか
るという問題があった。

形用金属製キャップを被せ、熔着用ヒーターで金属製キ
ャップを押圧して熱熔着した。

断面の凹部又は凸部を成形したから、口栓上部、口部上
部の合成樹脂が中空となり、熱伝導効率が良くなり、従
来方法で作製しても加熱熔着一体化に要する時間が短縮
化する。

体化に要する時間を短縮化することができ、作業能率が
向上し、大量生産が可能となる。
断面の凹部6又は凸部7を設けたものは、前記同様にそ
の部分の熱伝導効率が良好となるので、容器成型時の熱
軟化状態の合成樹脂製輸液容器2の口部3に常温の前記
口栓4および使用時漏液防止用ゴム栓5を嵌入し、加圧
すると口部3の熱によって口栓4が容易に軟化するた
め、特に加熱することなく熔着一体化が可能となり、省
エネルギー化が図れ、作業を簡易化することができる。

- 【請求項1】 合成樹脂製輸液容器2の口部3に密封用
合成樹脂製口栓4を挿嵌し、更に前記口栓4内に使用時
漏液防止用ゴム栓5を挿嵌し、前記口部3、合成樹脂製
口栓4の上部に口部成形用金属製キャップ8を被せ、熔
着用ヒーター9で金属製キャップ8を押圧して内向きに
加熱熔着して使用時漏液防止用ゴム栓5を一体化した口
部閉塞部材1において、合成樹脂製口栓4上部に楔形等
の断面形状の凹部6又は凸部7を設けたことを特徴とす
る輸液容器密封用口栓。 - 【請求項2】 合成樹脂製輸液容器2の口部3上部に楔
