Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ベースシート、該ベースシート上の酸素−吸収性組成物、及び該ベースシー トに固定されて該酸素吸収性組成物をそれらの間に封入する、酸素を透過させ、 かつ、該酸素−吸収性組成物の酸化により、または材料との接触により、しみを 生じない材料からつくられているカバーシート部材、及び他の物に固定するため の手鼓からなる酸素−吸収性ラベル。 2.カバーシートがポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、EVA、ポリエチレンテレ フクレート、サーリン、紙、被覆紙、又はそれらのラミネートからなる群から選 択される、請求項1記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 3.酸素−吸収性組成物が粒状鉄、粒状固体電解質材料及び粒状ヒドロゲルから なる請求項1記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 4.酸素−吸収性組成物が粒状鉄、固体電解質材料、及び感水性材料からなる請 求項1記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 5.ラベルが約4.5ミルと82.5ミルの間の厚みを有する請求項4記載の酸 素−吸収性ラベル。 6.ラベルが約アミルと41ミルの間の厚みを有する請求項4記載の酸素−吸収 性ラベル。 7.ラベルが11ミルと2アミルの間の厚みを有する請求項4記載の酸素−吸収 性ラベル。 8.感水性材料が吸水性紙のシートからなる請求項4記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル 。 9.吸水性紙のシートがカバーシートと粒状鉄及び固体電解質材料との間に配置 されている請求項8に記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 10.粒状鉄及び固体電解質材料がカバーシートと吸水性紙の間に配置されてい る請求項9記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 11.酸素−吸収性材料が粒状鉄、粒状電解質、及び粒状感光性材料を含む重合 体シートからなる請求項1記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 12.ラベルが約4.5ミルと72.5ミルの間の厚みを有する請求項11記載 の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 13.酸素−吸収性材料が、カバーシートと感水性材料を含む重合体シートの間 の粒状鉄及び粒状電解質材料からなる請求項1記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 14.ラベルが約4.5ミルと75.5ミルの間の厚みを有する請求項13記載 の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 15.酸素−吸収性組成物がカバーシートと、粒状鉄と粒状固体電解質材料の混 合物の間に配置された感水性材料を含む重合体シートからなる請求項1記載の酸 素−吸収性ラベル。 16.ベースシート、該ベースシートに固定されてそれらの間に閉鎖された空間 を区画するカバーシート、閉鎖された空間内部の該ベースシート上の接着剤、及 び該閑鎖された空間内の該接着剤上の粒状酸素−吸収性材料からなる酸素−吸収 性ラベル。 17.ラベルが約4.5ミルと82.5ミルの間の厚みを有する請求項16記載 の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 18.ラベルが約11ミルと41ミルの間の厚みを有する請求項16記載の酸素 −吸収性ラベル。 19.ベースシート、カバーシート、及びそれらの間の粒状鉄、粒状電解質材料 、及び感水性材料を含む酸素−吸収性組成物からなる酸素−吸収性ラベル。 20.ラベルが約4.5ミルと82,5ミルの間の厚みを有する請求項19記載 の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 21.ラベルが約アミルと41ミルの間の厚みを有する請求項19記載の酸素− 吸収性ラベル。 22.ラベルが約11ミルと2アミルの間の厚みを有する請求項19記載の酸素 −吸収性ラベル。 23.感水性材料がベースシートと、粒状鉄及び電解質材料の間に配置された吸 水性紙のシートからなる請求項19記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 24.感水性材料がカバーシートと、粒状鉄及び固体電解質材料との間に配置さ れた吸水性紙のシートからなる請求項19記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 25.酸素−吸収性組成物が粒状鉄、粒状電解質材料、及び感水性材料を含む重 合体マトリクスからなる請求項19記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 26.ラベルが約4.5ミルと82.5ミルの間の厚みを有する請求項25記載 の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 27.ラベルが約8ミルと38ミルの間の厚みを有する請求項25記載の酸素− 吸収性ラベル。 28.酸素−吸収性材料がカバーシートと、感水性材料を含む重合体材料のシー トとの間に配置された粒状鉄及び粒状固体電解質の混合物からなる請求項19記 載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 29.ラベルが約アミルと36ミルの間の厚みを有する請求項28記載の酸素− 吸収性ラベル。 30.酸素−吸収性組成物がベースシートと感水性材料を含む重合体材料のシー トの間に配置された粒状鉄及び粒状電解質材料の混合物からなる請求項19記載 の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 31.感水性材料が粒状ヒドロゲルからなる請求項19記載の酸素−吸収性ラベ ル。 32.ラベルが約8ミルと38ミルの間の厚みを有する請求項31記載の酸素− 吸収性ラベル。 33.感水性材料がシリカゲル及び分子ふるいからなる群から選択される請求項 19記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 34.酸素−吸収性組成物と接触するベースシート上の接着剤を含む請求項19 記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 35.ラベルが約8ミルと41ミルの間の厚みを有する請求項34記載の酸素− 吸収性ラベル。 36.感水性材料がベースシート上の接着剤層からなる請求項19記載の酸素− 吸収性ラベル。 37.ベースシート、該ベースシートに固定され、それらの間に閉された空間を 区画するカバーシート、及び該空間内部の実質的に層形態の粒状酸素−吸収性材 料からなる酸素−吸収性ラベル。 38.ラベルが約4.5ミルと82.5ミルの間の厚みを有する請求項37記載 の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 39,ラベルが約アミルと41ミルの間の厚みを有する請求項37記載の酸素− 吸収性ラベル。 40.層形態で粒状酸素吸収材料を保持するための粒状酸素吸収性材料と接触す るベースシート上の接着剤を含む請求項37記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 41.他の物にラベルを固定するためのラベル上の手段を含む請求項37記載の 酸素−吸収性ラベル。 42.他の物にベースシートを接着するためのベースシート上の手段を含む請求 項37記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 43.空間に感水性材料を含む請求項37記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 44.感水性材料が粒状形態である請求項43記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 45.感水性材料がシート形態である請求項43記載の酸素−吸収性ラベル。 46.ラベルの各々がベースシート、該ベースシートに固定されてそれらの間に チャンバーを区画するカバーシート、該チャンバー内の酸素−吸収性材料からな る個々の酸素吸収性ラベルの複数、及び該個々のラベルを連結して複数のラベル からなるウエブを形成する連結手段からなるウエブ。 47.連結手段が隣接ラベルの縁部からなる請求項46記載のウエブ。 48.縁部を分離する目打ちを含む請求項47記載のウエブ。
