Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複数のチャネル(11,15,17)のそれぞれが、カラー画像の一部分の 色表現を生成するように構成されたイメージセンサ素子(16,22,30,4 0,41)を備えており、且つ他のチャネルとは異なった色を検出するように構 成されている前記の複数のチャネル、前記のセンサ素子のそれぞれの積分時間を その各素子が検出するように構成されている色に従って制御するための装置(7 1,73,74,75)、及び前記のチャネルのそれぞれから並列に信号電荷を 読み出すための装置(φ1,φ2)、 を備えているイメージセンサ。 2.前記イメージセンサが三つのチャネル(11,15,17)を含んでいて、 前記のチャネルのそれぞれがイメージセンサ素子の線形配列を備えている、請求 項1に記載のイメージセンサ。 3.前記の線形配列のそれぞれが一線の光検出器(16)及びその光検出器(1 6)のそれぞれと関連したドレーン(22)を備えている、請求項2に記載のイ メージセンサ。 4.転送ゲート(30)が前記の光検出器の前記のそれぞれとこれに関連したド レーンとの間に配置されている、請求項3に記載のイメージセンサ。 5.前記の制御装置(71,73,74,75)が、前記の転送ゲート(30) における電位を制御するための装置を備えている、請求項4に記載のイメージセ ンサ。 6.前記の線形配列のそれぞれが、前記の光検出器(16)に対して概して並列 に配列されたCCDシフトレジスタ(18)を備えている、請求項5に記載のイ メージセンサ。 7.カラー画像を検出するためのイメージセンサであって、整数の画素高的より 互いに隔置された複数のチャネル(11,15,17)であって、前記のチャネ ル(11,15,17)のそれぞれが、一線のイメージセンサ素子(16,22 ,38,40,41)を収容しており、且つ画像における異なった色を検出する ように構成されている、前記の複数のチャネル、前記のチャネルにおけるセンサ 素子(16)の積分時間を、前記のチャネルの一つにおけるセンサ素子の積分時 間が前記のチャネルの別のものにおけるセンサ素子の積分時間腕は異なるように 制御するための装置(71,73,74,75)、及び 前記のチャネルから並列に信号電荷を読み取るための装置(φ1,φ2)、を備 えている前記のイメージセンサ。 8.前記のイメージセンサ素子のそれぞれが、光検出器(16)及びこの光検出 器(16)に近接して配置されたドレーン(22)を備えている、請求項7に記 載のイメージセンサ。 9.前記の制御装置が、電荷キャリヤの前記のドレーン(22)への流れを制御 するための露光制御ゲート(30)を構えている、請求項8に記載のイメージセ ンサ。 10.前記のイメージセンサ素子のそれぞれが、CCD(38,40,41)及 び前記の光検出器(16)と前記のCCDとの間の転送ゲート(26)を含んで いる、請求項8に記載のイメージセンサ。 11.前記のチャネルから信号電荷を読み取るための前記の装置が前記のCCD のためのクロック装置(φ1,φ2)を備えている、請求項10的記載のイメー ジセンサ。 12.カラー画像を検出する方法であって、前記の画像を光源で露光させる段階 、 前記の画像からの光を、複数のイメージセンサ素子を備えていてこのイメージセ ンサのそれぞれが原色の一つを検出するように構成されているイメージセンサへ 導く段階、及び 前記のイメージセンサ素子のそれぞれの有効積分時間をその各素子により検出さ れている色に従って制御する段階、 を含んでいる前記の方法。 13,前記のイメージセンサ素子のそれぞれが光検出器及びCCDを備えており 、且つ前記の光検出器の有効積分時間が制御される、請求項12に記載の方法。 14.前記の素子のそれぞれがドレーン及び前記のドレーンと光検出器との間の 露光制御ゲートを備えており、且つ前記の制御する段階が、光検出器の積分時間 の一部分の間前記の露光制御ゲートに所定の大きさの電位を加えることを含んで いる、請求項13項記載の方法。 15.前記のイメージセンサが、イメージセンサの線形配列を有する複数のチャ ネルを含んでおり、且つ前記のチャネルのそれぞれが原色の一つを検出するよう に構成されている、請求項12に記載の方法。 16.前記のチャネルにおいてCCDを並列にクロックアウトする段階を更に含 んでいる、請求項15に記載の方法。
