Claims (4)
- 1.内燃機関の燃料噴射装置に用いられ燃料噴射弁であって、可動の弁ニードル と、弁座ボデーとが設けられており、該弁座ボデーが座部支持体に結合されてい て、前記弁ニードルと協働する弁座面を有しており、さらに、該弁座面の下流側 で前記弁座ボデーに溶接された、少なくとも1つの噴射開口を有する金属性の薄 い孔付き板が設けられている形式のものにおいて、孔付き板(22)の、前記弁 座ボデー(18)とは反対の側の端面(25)に、前記孔付き板(22)よりも 厚肉に形成された金属性の支持板(26)が配置されており、該支持板が前記孔 付き板(22)と一緒に前記弁座ボデー(18)に、環状の溶接継ぎ目(24) によって溶接されており、前記支持板(26)が貫通間口(61)を有しており 、該貫通開口が、少なくとも1つの噴射開口(37)を備えた前記孔付き板(2 2)の範囲(60)を取り囲んでいることを特徴とする、燃料噴射弁。
- 2.前記支持板(26)がカップ形に形成されていて、環状の保持縁部(28) を有しており、該保持縁部が軸方向で前記弁座ボデー(18)から離反するよう に延びており、前記保持縁部の自由端部(29)が、前記座部支持体(1)に設 けられた長手方向開口(3)の周壁と密に結合されている、請求項1記載の燃料 噴射弁。
- 3.前記支持板(26)の保持縁部(28)が自由端部(29)に向かって外方 に曲げられており、該自由端部(29)が、前記座部支持体(1)に設けられた 長手方向開口(3)の直径よりも大きな直径を有している、請求項2記載の燃料 噴射弁。
- 4.前記支持板(26)に設けられた貫通開口(61)によって取り囲まれて、 少なくとも1つの噴射開口(37)を有している前記孔付き板(22)の範囲( 60)が、下流側に湾曲させられて球欠の形状に形成されている、請求項1記載 の燃料噴射弁。
