Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 （技術分野） 本考案はミシンの下糸装着用開閉板に関するも
のであり、特にミシン操作者に下糸ボビンの装着
位置と下糸の引き出し経路とを図示した開閉板に
関するものである。
（考案が解決しようとする問題点） 従来より下糸経路を図示した実施例はあつたが
ミシン操作者にとつては見難く利用し難い状況で
あつた。
（問題点を解決するための手段） 本考案はミシン操作者に対する下糸ボビンの適
切な位置への装着と共にボビンに巻かれた下糸の
引き出し経路を図示して解り難い下糸引き出し作
業を解り易くしたものである。
（作用） 本考案は水平釜の適切位置に下糸ボビンの装着
が出来ると共に水平釜に装着されたボビンに巻か
れた下糸を張力調節装置に正しく通して引き出し
得ることが出来るものである。
（実施例） 本考案の実施例について以下に説明すると、１
はミシンのベツド機枠で、該機枠には回転可能に
水平式全回転釜２が支持され、該全回転釜には外
周壁の一部に剣先部３が設けられ該剣先部は前記
ベツド機枠１の上方に配設されたアーム機枠（図
示せず）に上下動可能に支持された針棒の先端に
固着の針の上下動に調時して交差せしめられ、針
の先端部に保持された上糸と交絡することにより
水平釜内に保持された下糸とにより縫目が構成さ
れる。４は内釜で、前記水平式全回転釜２上に載
置されており回転止め部材により全回転釜の回転
の際にも回転が阻止されるようになつている。該
内釜には円形の凹部５が設けられ該凹部には下糸
用ボビン６が装填されている。前記凹部５の周壁
には糸の張力調節装置７が配設されている。該糸
張力調節装置は前記凹部５の周壁と同じ半径の円
弧状の台板８と該台板との隙間を調節可能に取付
けられた薄い弾性板９とで構成されていて、ボビ
ン６に巻かれた糸１０の開放端は台板８の切欠き
部を通り台板の外周壁と弾性板９の内壁の間を通
過し台板８の第２の切欠部１１越えて前記ボビン
６の上部を通過して針板１２に設けられた針穴１
３を下から上に抜けて布の縫目形成に供給され
る。
前記針板１２は前記ベツド機枠１に形成された
切欠開口部に締ねじ１３′にて固着され前記水平
式全回転釜２を覆い、一部に送り歯１４を表面に
臨ましめる切欠穴１５が設けられ、他部に前記下
糸用ボビン６を着脱する為の開口部１６が設けら
れている。該開口部には両側端縁を係合して移動
可能なる透明なる合成樹脂材の開閉板１７が設け
られている。該開閉板の表面は前記針板１２の表
面と同一高さであり、針板１２の表面はベツド機
枠１の表面よりも稍高くなる様に取付けられる。
前記開閉板１７の表面には該開閉板が完全に閉
じられた状態において下方に充填されている下糸
用ボビン６と位置がぴつたりと重なるように同一
中心のボビンを示す絵１８と下方に配設された実
物の前記糸張力調節装置７と一致する位置に糸張
力調節装置の絵１９と正常な通路に通された下糸
を示す絵２０とが画かれている。ボビンを示す絵
１８の部分は透明にし、糸張力調節装置の絵１９
及びボビンの絵１８の外側部分は不透明にするこ
とが好ましい。
本考案は以上の如き構造であるから前記開閉板
１７を開放し下糸が巻かれたボビン６を内釜４に
装填したあとボビン６に巻かれた下糸を前記開閉
板１７に画かれた下糸の絵２０を参照しながら絵
２０と同じように挿通すると下糸１０は正しい通
路に案内される。次に開閉板１７を閉鎖しミシン
を運転すると下糸は上糸により引き出され次第に
消費され糸の少なくなる状況がボビンの絵１８の
透明部より監視できるので糸切れまでミシンの運
転を続けることが防止出来る。
以上の如く本考案はミシン操作に不馴れな初心
者にも使用し易い効果を有するものである。

図面は本考案の実施例を示すものにして、第１
図は本考案の平面図、第２図は本考案の側面図、
第３図は本考案の使用状態を示す平面図であり、
１はベツド機枠、２は水平式全回転釜、４は内
釜、６は下糸用ボビン、１２は針板、１６は開口
部、１７は開閉板、１８はボビンの絵、１９は糸
張力調節板の絵、２０は下糸の絵である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ミシンのベツド機枠に形成の切欠開口部と、該
    切欠開口部内に回転可能に支持された水平式全回
    転釜と、該全回転釜内に回転を阻止されるように
    装着された内釜と、該内釜に装着された下糸用ボ
    ビンと、前記切欠開口部に固着された針板とを設
    けたミシンにおいて、前記針板に形成された開口
    部と、該開口部内で滑動可能に支持された開閉板
    と、該開閉板の表面に該開閉板の閉じられた状態
    で下方に配設されたボビン及び糸の張力調節装置
    と位置が一致する如く画かれたボビン及び糸張力
    調節装置の絵と、正常な通路に通された下糸を示
    す絵とを設けたことを特徴とするミシンの下糸装
    着用開閉板。
