Claims (4)
- 1.夫自身の中央円筒形部8に軸受を支持するように構成したシャフト又は心棒 を機械部材に固着する装置であって、この装置は、円錐伏の内腔部形態を有し、 かつ各々がシャフト上の対応する外形の各端部に位置せしめられている第1及び 第2のエキスパンダースリーブ9、10を含み、前記エキスパンダースリーブ9 、10はシャフト又は心棒の中央円筒形部8に向かい合う楔面の頂点を以て環状 楔として機能し、締付手段6の助けにより締め付けられた場合に、機械部材に対 して拡張せしめられ、これによってシャフトを機械部材に固着せしめるように構 成してなるものにおいて、シャフトが、円錐状に形成された端部を有する外側ス リーブ1と、前記スリーブ1内に該スリーブと同軸状に配置されたピン2とから なり、前記ピンの一方の端部は外側に彎曲したマッシュルーム型頭部を付けた端 部3を有し、その放射方向の内面は隣接した第2のエキスパンダースリーブに当 接し、かつ前記ピン2の他方の端部5は締着手段6を具備し、これを用いて第1 及び第2のエキスパンダースリーブを拡張せしめて機械部材と締め付け接触する ように構成したことを特徴とするシャフト又は心棒を機械部材に固着する装置。
- 2.回転自在なワッシャー又はプレート13が、締付手段6と第1のエキスパン ダースリーブ9との間に配置され、ピン2の他端5にはねじ山が切られており、 締付手段6は前記他端に螺合したナットからなることを特徴とする請求の範囲1 記載の装置。
- 3.マッシュルーム型頭部を付けた端部3は、ピン2に螺合4されている分離部 材であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1又は2記載の装置。
- 4.ロックナット7はテンションナット6より外側でピン2に螺合されているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲2記載の装置。
