Claims (1)
- 중심에 볼트끼움구멍을 갖고 있는 원통부와, 피검출체에 고정시키기 위해 대붙이는 좌면이 형성되어 있는 부시와, 압전소자와 중량체의 적층제로 이루어지고, 상기 원통부에 나사조임된 링넛에 의해 상기 부시의 받침면 상에 결합되어 있는 원통형의 진동-전기변환부를 갖춘 진동검출기에 있어서, 상기 중량체의 직경방향두께에 대해 이보다 작은 직경길이에 해당하는 부분으로 상기 진동-전기전환부를 고정시키고 있는 상기 링넛을 갖추어서 이루고 있음을 특징으로 하는 진동검출기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
