Claims (1)

  1. 중심에 볼트끼움구멍을 갖고 있는 원통부와, 피검출체에 고정시키기 위해 대붙이는 좌면이 형성되어 있는 부시와, 압전소자와 중량체의 적층제로 이루어지고, 상기 원통부에 나사조임된 링넛에 의해 상기 부시의 받침면 상에 결합되어 있는 원통형의 진동-전기변환부를 갖춘 진동검출기에 있어서, 상기 중량체의 직경방향두께에 대해 이보다 작은 직경길이에 해당하는 부분으로 상기 진동-전기전환부를 고정시키고 있는 상기 링넛을 갖추어서 이루고 있음을 특징으로 하는 진동검출기.
