Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 検体識別コードラベル３２が外壁面に貼られ
    、検体ラツク２６に立てられている検体容器２８
    の検体識別コードを読み取る装置において、 検体容器２８の上側に配置された弾性部材４２
    と、 この弾性部材４２を回転させる回転手段４０と
    、 弾性部材４２を上下に移動させる上下移動手段
    ５３と、 回転手段４０及び上下移動手段５３に接続され
    た回転・上下移動制御手段５６と、 検体容器２８の検体識別コードを読み取る識別
    コード読取装置１９と、 弾性部材４２を検体容器２８の上部に当接させ
    てこの検体容器をいずれかの方向に回転させなが
    ら検体識別コードを読み取らせる、識別コード読
    取装置１９に接続された読取制御手段５７とを包
    含することを特徴とする検体容器の検体識別コー
    ド読取装置。 ２ 弾性部材４２を検体容器２８の上部に当接さ
    せた状態で、まず一方向に回転させながら識別コ
    ード読取装置１９に検体識別コードを読み取らせ
    、読み取れない場合には、弾性部材４２を他方向
    に回転させて再度検体識別コードを読み取らせる
    ように、読取制御手段５７を回転・上下移動制御
    手段５６を介して回転手段４０に接続したことを
    特徴とする請求項１記載の検体容器の検体識別コ
    ード読取装置。
