Claims (17)
- 1.式 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ のカルボニル含有化合物と、式 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ 基のエステル化合物とを、有機溶媒中において金属還元剤、チタン塩およびアミ ン塩基の存在下で反応させてビニルエーテルをつくることを含む、式 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ の化合物をつくるためのプロセス。 ここにAおよびRは受動的有機基で、ArOYは置換基としてヒドロキシルおよ びOPから選ばれたOYにより置換されたアリール環をもつアリール基で、Pは 保護基である。
- 2.請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、金属還元剤が亜鉛であることを特徴と するプロセス。
- 3.請求項2に記載のプロセスであって、チタン塩が三塩化チタンおよび四塩化 チタンからなるグループから選ばれることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 4.請求項3に記載のプロセスであって、アミン塩基がトリエチルアミンで、有 機溶媒がテトラヒドロフランであることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 5.請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、OYがトリアルキルシリルオキシ、ジ アルキルアリールシリルオキシ、ジアリールアルキルシリルオキシおよびトリア リールシリルオキシからなるグループから選ばれることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 6.請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、OYがヒドロキシル基であることを特 徴とするプロセス。
- 7.式 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ のカルボニル含有化合物と、式 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ のエステル化合物とを、有機溶媒中において金属還元剤、チタン金属塩、および アミン塩基の存在下で反応させてビニルエーテルをつくることを含む、式▲数式 、化学式、表等があります▼ のビニルエーテルをつくるプロセス。 ここにR1は、1から20の炭素原子を、そして任意に酸素、硫黄、窒素、リン およびハロゲンを含むアルキル、アリールおよびアラルキルからなるグループか ら選ばれ、R2は置換されたまたは置換されないアリール、ビアリールおよび溶 融多環式アリール基から選ばれ、R1およびR2は炭素、酸素および窒素含有グ ループから選ばれたメンバーにより結合されることができ、そしてR3C−は6 から30の炭素原子を含む多環式アルキルグループから選ばれ、Yはヒドロキシ ルおよびOPから選ばれる置換基で、そしてPは保護基である。
- 8.請求項7に記載のプロセスであって、金属還元剤が亜鉛であることを特徴と するプロセス。
- 9.請求項8に記載のプロセスであって、チタン塩が三塩化チタンおよび四塩化 チタンからなるグループから選ばれることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 10.請求項9に記載のプロセスであって、アミン塩基がトリエチルアミンで、 そして有機溶媒がテトラヒドロフランであることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 11.請求項7に記載のプロセスであって、OYがトリアルキルシリルオキシ、 ジアルキルアリールシリルオキシ、ジアリールアルキルシリルオキシおよびトリ アリールシリルオキシからなるグループから選ばれることを特徴とするプロセス 。
- 12.請求項7に記載のプロセスであって、OYがヒドロキシル基であることを 特徴とするプロセス。
- 13.請求項7に記載のプロセスであって、ビニルエーテル中のYが更にひき続 いて他のグループで置換されてOX基を与えることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 14.請求項7に記載のプロセスであって、更にOY基が、無機オキソ酸塩、リ ン酸塩、酸素ピラノシド、アリールおよびアルキルカルボキシルエステルからな るグループから選ばれることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 15.請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、アミンが混合物中の金属還元剤およ びチタン塩に、カルボニル含有化合物とエステル化合物とが反応する前に徐々に 加えられることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 16.請求項15に記載のプロセスであって、チタン塩が塩化物であることを特 徴とするプロセス。
- 17.請求項16に記載のプロセスであって、金属還元剤が微粉末であることを 特徴とするプロセス。
