分離、除去する有用な新規複合機能濾過膜に関する。
アフィニティ吸着剤か市販されている6しかしながら、
ビーズ状吸着刑をカラムに充填して用いるとき、タンパ
ク質の樹脂内部への拡散を速めるために、粒子径は10
μm稈度であり、圧力損失が非常に大きい、このことか
工業規模でのクロマトグラフィー、すなわち分取りロマ
トグラフイーにアフィニティビーズを使用するときの欠
点である。アフィニティリカンドへのタンパク質の接近
を、拡散ではなく対流によって行う二とが有利であると
いうアイデアがらバイオアフィニティメンブレンの検討
が進められているが、機能の付与に件って微細孔か狭め
られ、透水性能の低下か生じるため前記の課題を完全に
克服することは困維であった6また、特定のタンパク質
を群待界的に捕集するアフィニティリ〃ンドをポリオレ
フィンなとの汎用高分子濾過膜に導入できる技術はなか
った。

透過させると、透過流束は1.3m3/(m2hrJで
あった。膜外面から出てくる透過液5mlずつ分画した
結果、10分画においても透過液中の牛血清γグロブリ
ン濃度は、0.0111910ol以下であった。フェ
ニルアラニンを有する複合機能濾過膜か牛血清γ−グロ
ブリンに対して明らかに優れた結果を得た。
