Abstract

【課題】　生物学的安全性に優れるリガンドを用いた抗体製造方法であり、かつ、抗体の変性や凝集を引き起こさない温和な条件下で実施可能な抗体製造方法を提供すること 。 【解決手段】　リガンドとの相互作用を利用して抗体を含有する医薬原料溶液から医薬品としての抗体を得る抗体製造方法において、医薬原料溶液を、微酸性乃至弱酸性で塩を含む条件下、または中性かつ塩を含まない条件下で複素環式芳香族アミノ酸リガンドを有する不溶性担体に接触させることにより、抗体をリガンドに吸着させる第一工程、リガンドへの非吸着成分を除去する第二工程、微酸性乃至弱酸性で第一工程よりも低濃度の塩を含むかあるいは塩を含まない溶出 液、または微塩基性の溶出液を不溶性担体に接触させることにより、吸着抗体をリガンドから解離させる第三工程、をこの順番に含むことを特徴とする抗体製造方法。
