Claims (1)
- 試料受けに入れられた粉状試料に真空雰囲気中
でイオンビームを照射して当該粉状試料にイオン
注入を行う装置において、一端側にイオンビーム
を導入できる程度の開口部を有する筒状のサプレ
ツサ電極を、前記試料受けの入口部に同試料受け
から電気的に絶縁して被せ、かつこのサプレツサ
電極に直流電源から正電圧を印加するようにした
ことを特徴とするイオン注入装置。
