Claims (1)
- 真空容器内で被処理物にイオンビームを照射し
てイオン注入する装置において、一次電子を放出
する一次電子放出手段と、それからの一次電子を
増倍して二次電子を放出する二次電子増倍手段と
を設け、この二次電子を被処理物に供給するよう
にしたことを特徴とするイオン注入装置。
