    ド電極を真空容器の内部に設置するとともに、前
    記電極と向い合う前記真空容器の壁面に照射窓を
    設置してなる電子線照射装置において、前記シー
    ルド電極の電子線引出口の周囲に、前記照射窓に
    向かつて凸状とする電子線集束用の補助電極を設
    置してなる電子線照射装置。
