Claims (1)
- アークチヤンバ内に固定蒸発源のノズルを接続
してなるイオンソースにおいて、アークチヤンバ
の開口縁の周囲に凹陥部を形成し、大きなクリア
ランスをもつて前記ノズルを前記アークチヤンバ
の開口に挿入するとともに、前記凹陥部内にアー
クチヤンバとノズルとの間の気密封止用リテーナ
を嵌合させたことを特徴とするイオンソース。
