Claims (1)
- 陽極筒体と、該陽極筒体の両端開口部に夫々配
され、略水平な外面を有する擂鉢状のボールピー
スと、該ボールピースの外面と重畳される略水平
な部分を有し、上記ボールピースを略覆うように
配された封着金属と、該封着金属の水平部分上に
配設される永久磁石とを備えたマグネトロンであ
つて、上記封着金属の水平部分に上記永久磁石と
当接する複数の突起が形成され、更に上記ボール
ピースの水平な外面に上記突起に嵌入する突出部
が形成されたことを特徴とするマグネトロン。
