Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はキヤビネツト等家具類の外面に取付け
て抽斗或は扉の開閉時等に発生する金属音等を緩
和するためなどに使用される吸音パネルの取付構
造に関するもので、比較的簡単にパネルの取付
け、交換等ができるようにしたものである。

次にその詳細を図示の実施例について説明する
と、第１図において１，１…は並置された高さの
比較的低い横架式フアイリングキヤビネツト、２
はそれぞれその側面および背面に取付けるべき吸
音パネルで、吸音パネル２は第２図および第３図
に示す如く、板材の四辺を断面コ字状に折曲して
表面に布等の表装材３を張設し、内部には吸音材
４を接着剤等により取付け、それぞれ取付けるべ
き家具の側面、背面等に適合する大きさに形成さ
れている。

はそれぞれその側面および背面に取付けるべき吸
音パネルで、吸音パネル２は第２図および第３図
に示す如く、板材の四辺を断面コ字状に折曲して
表面に布等の表装材３を張設し、内部には吸音材
４を接着剤等により取付け、それぞれ取付けるべ
き家具の側面、背面等に適合する大きさに形成さ
れている。
これに対し家具本体１，１…の側面、背面等、
外面の上部には上記吸音パネル２両側の折曲部２
ａの内向き端縁２a′，２a′間の間隔ａに対応する
長さの長手方向に延出する取付板部５ａの上縁
に、上記吸音パネル２の上部折曲部２ｂに嵌合し
てこれを支持するほぼ倒Ｌ字状の折曲部５ｂを取
付板部５ａとの間にほぼ吸音パネル２の折曲端縁
２b′の厚さに相当する適度の段差ｂを設けて形成
し、取付板部５ａの両端縁にはそれぞれ折曲縁５
ｃ，５ｃを形成した上部取付板５が取付板部５ａ
を止めねじ６，６…で止着して取付けられ、また
家具本体１外面の下部には、上部取付板５と同様
ほぼ吸音パネル２両側の折曲部２ａの内向き端縁
２a′，２a′間の間隔ａに対応する長さの長手方向
に延出する取付板部７ａの下縁に、吸音パネル２
の下部折曲部２ｃの上向きの端縁２c′に係合する
下方に張出部７b′を有する断面ほぼＶ形状の保持
片７ｂを突設した下部取付板７が上部取付板５と
同様に取付板部７ａを止めねじ６，６…で止着し
て取付けられており、吸音パネル２はその上部折
曲部２ｂを上部取付板５の折曲部５ｂに被嵌し、
下部折曲部２ｃの上向きの折曲端縁２c′を下部取
付板７の保持片７ｂに弾発的に係止して家具１，
１…の外面に取付けられている。上記上下の取付
板５，７は取付板部５ａ，７ａを止めねじ６，６
…で止着する代りにポツプナツト、或は両面接着
テープ等で固定してもよい。
外面の上部には上記吸音パネル２両側の折曲部２
ａの内向き端縁２a′，２a′間の間隔ａに対応する
長さの長手方向に延出する取付板部５ａの上縁
に、上記吸音パネル２の上部折曲部２ｂに嵌合し
てこれを支持するほぼ倒Ｌ字状の折曲部５ｂを取
付板部５ａとの間にほぼ吸音パネル２の折曲端縁
２b′の厚さに相当する適度の段差ｂを設けて形成
し、取付板部５ａの両端縁にはそれぞれ折曲縁５
ｃ，５ｃを形成した上部取付板５が取付板部５ａ
を止めねじ６，６…で止着して取付けられ、また
家具本体１外面の下部には、上部取付板５と同様
ほぼ吸音パネル２両側の折曲部２ａの内向き端縁
２a′，２a′間の間隔ａに対応する長さの長手方向
に延出する取付板部７ａの下縁に、吸音パネル２
の下部折曲部２ｃの上向きの端縁２c′に係合する
下方に張出部７b′を有する断面ほぼＶ形状の保持
片７ｂを突設した下部取付板７が上部取付板５と
同様に取付板部７ａを止めねじ６，６…で止着し
て取付けられており、吸音パネル２はその上部折
曲部２ｂを上部取付板５の折曲部５ｂに被嵌し、
下部折曲部２ｃの上向きの折曲端縁２c′を下部取
付板７の保持片７ｂに弾発的に係止して家具１，
１…の外面に取付けられている。上記上下の取付
板５，７は取付板部５ａ，７ａを止めねじ６，６
…で止着する代りにポツプナツト、或は両面接着
テープ等で固定してもよい。
この吸音パネル２は単に上部の折曲部２ｂを上
部取付板５の折曲部５ｂに被嵌し、下部折曲部２
ｃを下部取付板７の保持片７ｂに押圧するだけで
同保持片７ｂを弾性的に変形せしめて入り込み、
折曲端縁２ｃが弾発的に保持片７ｂに係止される
ので極めて簡単に取付けることができ、内部の吸
音材４と表装材３により音を吸収するので抽斗或
は扉等開閉時の金属音等を減少することができ
る。また家具類を室内の間仕切等に使用する場合
は背面に美麗な表装材３が現れるので室内に美感
を与えることができる。また図示の如く比較的高
さの低い横架式キヤビネツト１，１…等では、こ
れらを通して上面に天板８を設け、受付カウンタ
ー等に使用することもできる。また吸音パネル２
は上記と反対の操作で極めて容易に取外すことが
できるので、清掃、修理、交換等に極めて便利で
ある。上記上下の取付板５，７の長さは成可く吸
音パネル両側の折曲部２ａの端縁間の間隔に近く
設定した方がパネルの横方向のずれを防止するこ
とができて好都合である。この場合、上記上部取
付板５両側の折曲縁５ｃを外側方に張出部を有す
る断面ほぼく字状に形成し、下部取付板７の保持
片７ｂと同様に吸音パネルの側部折曲部２ａの端
縁２a′を弾発的に保持するようにすればパネルの
横方向のずれを防止することができて一層効果的
である。またこの吸音パネル２は単体の家具の外
面に取付けるようにしてもよい。
部取付板５の折曲部５ｂに被嵌し、下部折曲部２
ｃを下部取付板７の保持片７ｂに押圧するだけで

Claims (1)
- 四辺にコ字状の折曲部を有し、表面に布等の表
装材３を張設し、内部に吸音材４を取付け、取付
けるべき家具本体１の外面に適合する大きさに形
成した吸音パネル２を備え、上記家具本体１の外
面上部には、長手方向に延出する取付板部５ａの
上縁に上記吸音パネル２の上部折曲部２ｂに嵌合
してこれを支持する折曲部５ｂを取付板部５ａと
の間に適度の段差ｂを設けて形成した上部取付板
５を固定すると共に、上記家具本体１外面の下部
には長手方向に延出する取付板部７ａの下縁に下
方に張出部７b′を有する断面ほぼＶ形状の保持片
７ｂを突設した下部取付板７を固定し、上記吸音
パネル２の上部折曲部２ｂを上記上部取付板５の
折曲部５ｂに被嵌すると共に、吸音パネル２の下
部折曲部２ｃの上向きの端縁を上記下部取付板７
の保持片７ｂに弾発的に係止してなる家具類にお
ける吸音パネルの取付構造。
